Don’t believe the menu listed online. It is nothing like that. My boyfriend and I came here looking forward to the S’mores pancakes, cinnamon roll waffle and orange creamsicle pancakes. When we asked our server if they had any of those, she rudely said “nope” and was unapologetic. So their menu is a lie- I ended up with boring old pancakes that were mediocre and overpriced. Service, other than being rude, was SO SLOW. I’m typing this as we wait another 20 mins for our check. 45 mins for our food and 25 mins for our order to be taken. And they are NOT busy. Save your time and money.

Nice quick morning meal on Thursday. Not crowded at all. Immediate seating, and served quickly. Had mimosas and a breakfast chorizo burrito. Was tasty. Would go back.

Food was ok but the way they set you to your table is INSANE. You give your name because “supposedly” they are soooo busy then the lady comes out with an iPad calls your name and walks you back to an EMPTY room of tables. Instead of takin menus and placing people it’s done 1 at a time and it’s rediculous how much time is wasted. The lady who walked us back told us that they don’t have enough help and they close at 12:30 - I have no idea why they are even there. The employment must be so great they can’t get help or it’s a six sigma process to waste time! The bald headed manager was in a chair way in a corner on his phone for the entire time we ate breakfast instead of helping transport the people that are all waiting to go into an empty room. We waited 15 minutes and should have only been a minute! Total management over all needed that’s for sure!!

Will not come back. The good. Place looks nice, nice ambiance etc. The bad. It's big and only about 40% full yet I had to wait 15 min to be seated then 15 min to order. Food was ok, just as expected but it took another 20 min to come out. The wait staff is friendly but obviously too busy and disengaged. What a pitty - this place has a potential. A bit overpriced as well but that's Vegas. You do expect a better experience which was not the case here.

Let me start by saying the restaurant was not busy at all. It took 15 minutes to be seated. Once seated it took them another 20 to 30 min to take our order. Food was mediocre at best. Prices are typical Las Vegas hotel prices. I would not recommend this place based on the poor service and just ok bland food. Plenty of other options.

Should have checked reviews first. Nice ambience! Good service. Food was small and so so. $5.50 for coffee on a $11 breakfast special. Customer ordered endless mimosa’s for $16 that’s the only bargain here. Disappointing food for the price.

Went in for breakfast and the cafe had better than half the restaurant empty, we had to wait 10 minutes. I asked for a booth and they wanted to sit my husband and I at the end of a long booth that you share with others, the table was tiny and only one side was a booth. I told them I would like a booth and they didnt want to give us a normal booth so we settled for a table. I requested the booth because I have spinal issues. I order hot tea and was told they have no sweet and low. We ordered pancakes and they were hard as a rock and we waited forever to get them, we sent them back and they gave me a bill for almost $12 for a hot tea and an iced tea, I told our waitress that is ridiculous, the way we were treated, so she took it off and we left. I would not eat there again , very dissatisfied customer.

I actually love this place. However, now that the hours are 7am - 2:30PM I no longer love it.

If you're nursing a hangover and come to this restaurant for coffee (which is really good coffee), make sure you ask them for a dark corner. They tend to fill seats starting from the open bay windows overlooking the surface of the sun. Food is good, service is hit or miss depending on how busy it is. Lines can be outrageous, so plan accordingly.

Raffles Cafe

Located at the South end of the Las Vegas Strip inside Mandalay Bay. Raffles Café offers a 24-hour casual dining experience with a wide variety of menu choices, including prime cut steaks, seafood and more. The tropical décor is accented by views of the bustling and beautiful beach. We have been here several times this being the fourth visit. We ordered the Super nachos and a Chinese chicken salad. The Chinese Chicken salad was a good portion but the dressing they used was so sweet it was like sugar water instead of a traditional Chicken salad dressing like sesame or maybe peanut. The Nachos were good but there was way-way too much cheese. The chips were so soggy after 5 min it was inedible. We also ordered two ice waters with lemon. We got the water but it took nearly 20 min to get the lemon as we tried to hail our waiter six times as he passed with no response, while four other employees stood taking that were no help.
