Mobile ordering system didnt send order to the location but the Barista quickly verified my mobile receipt and made my drink on-the-spot. It was delicious.

Typically pretty good but every couple months they give me the wrong order through the drive thru and I have to go back.

I drive thru this Starbucks almost everyday, and never leave reviews. After experiencing one of the most horrific encounters at Starbucks, I will not return to this location again. Not only did I get trapped in a 30 minute drive thru line, my order was wrong, I was overcharged by $6 and no extra drink to show for it, and my three latte drinks were all water. I requested to use my free reward and they didn't use it. Then, when I got home, I realized that all three drinks (chai tea latte, hot chocolate, and green tea latte) were disguised by color, but all water... Like not even drinkable at all. Before driving all the way back, I called to speak to a Starbucks employee about my order. The gentleman employee who answered the phone lacked all customer service skills and any remorse for my $17 order being ruined and not drinkable. He blamed it on being short staffed and said that he didn't have time for my complaints. He told me that I had to be making it up to get a free drink and that there was nothing he could do to fix it. When I asked to speak to a manager, he said no and hung up on me. Not only was the wait outrageous and I was overcharged for drinks I can't drink, but that Starbucks employee completely treated me with no respect or remorse for this unfortunate situation that was caused by them. I will never return to this Starbucks again.

One of the less populated Starbucks in the Overland /South Kansas City areas. Typical costumer service and barista services. There aren't too many seating options indoor put has a large porch with tables that contain umbrellas.

I am actually taking the time to write a review in hopes it will help prevent someone else from this 1st world problem. I was the only car in line this morning and ordered two lattes. Unknowingly I was handed 1 latte (at least they got 1 drink correct) and 1 Dark Roast coffee that had previously been made about 10 mins before I came through. The cup apparently had become soggy and 20 minutes into my commute I went to grab what should have been a Skinny Peppermint Latte when the cup folded at the seam and busted open, which also made the top fly off and the nasty, Dark Roast coffee went everywhere. Obviously this felt wonderful all over my hand and body while driving down the road. I called and spoke to an employee about the situation and explained that I wouldn't be able to come back in to get a replacement but I wanted to be compensated for the difference between a Venti Latte and a Venti Coffee. She told me I would have to come back in today, if I wanted compensation. She didn't offer alternate ways to make the situation right and had a lack luster attitude when I told her they needed to make sure their cups weren't defective so no one else would be burned. I did get a "I'm sorry" but that was the extent of it, and she said that she would "write a note" to let others know. Lesson learned. Make sure you check the solidity of your cups and check your order before you even leave. I wish I would have read some of the reviews prior to going. It's always a risk you take I suppose, but not a fun lesson to learn at 6 am when you're half awake, and driving down the highway. Once again, a 1st world problem but my hand is currently bright red from being burned and I'm annoyed with the lack of concern from this particular Starbucks employee.

This particular Starbucks is pretty fair. I come here often usually through the drive thru. The wait is usually short on most days, but days when its longer, Starbucks is pretty good about comping a drink or two to make up for the time loss. Great customer service great environment. I'll continue to come here.
