Missing Image Of First Food & Bar
The moment you walk in Palazzo, the place just feel luxurious. Staff are helpful available when you need them. Security personnel is discreet, but noticeable. Restaurant are too far from gaming area. Restrooms are clean and sink area wipe down the moment you walk away. Dealers know their game very well enough to explain to new potential players. Cashing out large denomination of chips required a driver's license and, or government issued ID.

Very nice accommodations, stayed in a nice room almost 950 SQ ft, (used points so it was cheaper) otherwise fairly expensive but comparable to other nice hotel casinos. The room was modern but classy, especially the bathroom suite. I was lucky enough to get a late check-out for 4pm!! Restaurant selection always seemed busy and needed reservations or a 30+ minute wait. Staff, all the staff was great. I'll definitely return.Nice

We had a fantastic stay. Our suite was so beautiful and comfortable. Everything was made for us to relax. The location was pretty good if you don't mind walking a but to get to other areas on the strip. The shops inside were of a good assortment but most pricey, though I am not that surprised about that at all. The only thing I didn't care for was being roped into a free sample where the staff wouldn't back off until I bought something, and then they hide the price from me and it was almost $1000.00. Now granted, I know that I am the stupid one for buying without seeing a price, but I felt super pressured. This ruined my last day in Vegas as there were no returns. It was just a very dirty sales trick and I didn't appreciate it. Without this incident I would give the hotel 5 stars.

I'm a Local...I have stayed pretty much everywhere on the strip... Fifth time here and still enjoy it. It's one of the best for having access to everything but still being able to check out and have peace. Stayed in the Sienna suite which is larger than most apartments. Great Service, staff and security. Go To hotel !

Great location large shopping center and restaurants connected to the hotel never need to go outside. You also did not need to walk through the casino to get to the elevators to go to the guest rooms Self Park Underground and just which elevators at the casino level or the second floor. The health club spa and pool area is on the 3rd floor... Again you do not have to walk in your bathing suit through the casino to get to the pools. Standard rooms are some of the largest in Las Vegas and depending upon timing you can get a good nightly rate. This place does get busy as it has a gondola rides in the mall, popular Casino, lots of shows clubs and entertainment, lots of restaurants, and is connected to the Sands convention center so they get very large groups and international bookings..... We have always found the rooms to be very quiet however I do not hear people walking around or slamming doors.... Checking is always a breeze line moves very quickly. And if you self Park you can get off at Spring Mountain Road and do not need to go on the strip at all....

I love this place! When we first stayed there many years ago, I fell in love with their large rooms and smaller boutique style feel yet still easy access to the bigger casino perks of being connected to the Venetian. You never get lost from your friends in the casino and they have all of my favorite games. There are so many wonderful restaurant choices that you can't possibly try them all in one trip. The shopping is amazing, too. Canyon Ranch is onsite, too!

Just stayed here for a work conference. The entire staff was amazing! The food was over the top and the portions were huge, but hey it's Vegas. I think the casino floor was a bit to open for my personal taste but overall the table games were fun! The check-in process is so easy and they text you when your room is available. The room was spotless and about the largest on the strip that I have seen.

This is my go-to hotel on the strip. The rooms are large and laid out well. The beds are extremely comfortable and the auto-shades are a nice added feature. While this hotel can be a bit expensive, you really get what you pay for, and it’s always worth it. The location is great as well, avoiding the mayhem of the heart of the strip, but it’s easy to walk there! Definitely recommend this hotel.

Best hotel in Vegas, hands down. Dare I say possibly in the list of the top 10 ten hotels in the world. Standard rooms (Luxury Suites) put most other neighboring properties’ standard (and even in some cases, “upgraded”) rooms to shame in terms of size, included amenities, and overall value. Ideal location on the strip, just far enough to be out of the “noise” (to get a good night’s sleep) but close enough to easily walk to almost all attractions. Including the added amenities of its neighboring sister property, The Venetian, staying at this resort is almost a no brainer. "Grand" would be the best word to describe this place.

Everything I'm the property looks new and is very well designed. It's a very pretty place with lots of work put into the environment. The spa and gym facilities are also updated and nice. The staff are very nice as well. Lots of restaurant options to boot. It is connected to the Venetian, and everything is fairly sprawling and oversized, so it feels like a massive resort on its own, which isn't really 'my thing', but I still enjoyed it.

Beautiful resort and the suite we were in had everything you could want in a home away from home. The suite had a sunk in living room with a T.V. located in that area as well as the bedroom. The bathroom was amazing with a oversized bathtub that was made for pampering yourself. Marble floors with a closed door to the toilet, a separate shower, his and hers sinks, and great vanity. The hotel offers a stocked refrigerator but it would be nice if they offered a refrigerator for the guest use also.

Solid upscale casino/resort on the Las Vegas Strip. Lots of food options from Cafe, to sit down, to a food court. A few clubs and big swimming pool. Rooms are BIG! Two queen sized beds (or 1 king) and sunken living room with couch pull out full size bed. Large bathroom in rooms, has separate shower and bathtub.

The location on The Strip is fantastic - within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. Our suite is so large and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Super friendly and helpful staff here, making sure every one of your needs is met. We ordered room service and the food was delicious. Will definitely stay here again for our next Vegas trip.

This is a very nice hotel for five star with excellent amenities. Like many of the good hotels on the Strip this one has a pretty good-size Casino as you walk through. Before you get into the elevator there is a security guard that checks and make sure you have a room key. Extra security in my opinion. We got the Bella Suite which comes with two queen beds and huge bathroom as well as a sunken in living room. The couch even has another bed option. This suit was 700 square feet which is massive compared to anything else on the strip in this price range. I found a service to be friendly and people were super nice to you. Not quite as famous as some of the other hotels on the Strip but it is just as nice in my opinion. I would stay here again no problem.

Room looks huge and great, but missing essentials. Toiletries and towels are cheap and of poor quality, kettle is not in the room and has to be "ordered and paid", and even then it takes 45 minutes for them to bring it to the room. Keys are frequently unusable and it takes them half an hour to bring new ones. Check in person forgot to take my credit card (although room is prepaid) and he was chasing me with two phone calls and an uninvited room visit to take it, despite me telling him I'll do it tonight. Service is just horrible. I don't know how this can be a 5-star hotel.

Great suite and price. It's so much less cheesy than other older casino hotels on the strip. The the pools are awesome too, plus you get access to everything in Venetian too.

I would rate 5 stars the Wynn/Encore and 4 stars the Venetian, therefore Palazzo must go on 3 stars. Although the staff is very friendly the hotel seems worn out, and the casino is definitely on a lower level than the Wynn. You would need frequent trips to the Venetian to fully enjoy the complex. Rooms are spacious and you don't need to upgrade to enjoy more your stay.

I stayed at the Pallazo for 2 days and honestly it wasn't long enough! The rooms are beautiful and the bed was such a struggle to get out of- it was that comfortable. Room service was quick, the food was delicious. They don't have a food court but the Venetian does and it's not too far of a walk. Over all, I loved staying at the Palazzo. I will definitely come back!
