The service here is fantastic and the food is always fresh you never find an empty tray good job Suncoast

Always frequent this buffet because it is one of the most affordable and quality around off the strip. My favorite is to head on over on friday nights to enjoy the all you can eat crab leg buffet. Most of the time the crab legs are decent size and shells are crisp with moist meat inside. Occasionally the legs are less than Quality if they sit in the steam trays too long but really have only had a bad experience with the crab legs here like 2 out of 25 times so I recommend it.

It's a clean dining room with an average selection of food. The quality and taste reminds me of the school cafeteria. The staff is not very friendly and was slow with beverages. The price was too friendly either.

This buffet really hits a lot of points for our large family. Me the wife and four kids. The prices are reasonable for all 3 meals available, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is almost always fresh and flavorful. And we always seem to enjoy our family times when we stop at this very nicely done locals buffet.

Went for lunch and the food was pretty good, and the price is right with your B-Connected players club card. The hostess and cashier from Cuba was nice and polite, she had a great smile! The only complaint I have is that the dessert lady seemed to be having a bad day (Black Lady) on Wednesday April 25, 2018, as she chastised me for reaching under the glass sneeze guard to take a slice of cake from the back row. She mentioned that it was "unsanitary" to do so. I'm 58 years old, don't speak to me like I'm a 5 year old honey! A customer is not an interruption of your work, they are the reason for it!

It's ok not bad. Better than most. Service was poor from our waitress. I prepaid with a 5 dollar tip. For 2 adults. You would think that would make a server try a little harder. Nope. She was miserable slow only come to the table to bring drinks and remove 2 plates But then i guess when you work at a buffet and you are so much older. Happiness has already disappeared.

I live in Las Vegas, and I've eaten at a lot of the casino buffets. This one was easily the worst experience I've had since I moved here. The buffet is overpriced whether you have a players card or not. The food was all very dry and lacked flavor. Everything seemed like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for far too long. I tried about ten different items off the buffet from Asian, Mongolian, American BBQ, and Italian, and I wasn't impressed with any of it. The worst part about my experience was with the payment method. I paid for myself and my girlfriend, which cost me $47 before tip (way too much for the quality of food.) I was then informed that I could go get a Suncoast card and save about $10, so I did. I went back to the pay station for the buffet, and they told me they were cancelling my original purchase for $47 and adding the new purchase with the member discount for $36 (still too much for this food.) After a week, both charges were still showing up on my card, so I called Suncoast. I spoke to someone from accounting who told me I had to wait longer before the credit would show up, so I did. Now today I've waited two weeks and there is still no credit, so I called back again and spoke to another person in accounting. She seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. First, she was on lunch and was apparently the only person there that could help me, so I had to wait to be called back. She called me back but then she told me she couldn't figure out the system and had to call me back again. Then she called me back again and said she couldn't find my transaction, so asked if she could call me back again after she could locate my transaction. After another hour of waiting, she called me back and explained that she had called her credit card servicer and they had claimed that they had issued the credit to me, and that she could no longer help me and she told me I had to call MY credit card company, Capital One. So I called Capital One and they looked through all of my transactions and could not find a credit anywhere, so I'm under the impression that the lady at Suncoast lied to me just to get me to leave her alone, and now I'm stuck having to DISPUTE the charge because Suncoast will not just refund my charge for me. I've enjoyed playing blackjack at this casino in the past, but I will not be going back due to this service. Steer clear of their buffet, it's a joke.

WHAT HAPPENED TO MY LAST TABLE TO HAVE ALL YOU CAN EAT?!?!?!?!?!?!?! This is a bad thing for waiting in a long line to pay back. It takes 10 minutes and 59 seconds to eat. Oh what a waste of time. :(

So I went in today for dinner with my children paid almost 71.00$ Jorge are server was awesome. The food not to good. The Spanish rice no flavor the broccoli was mushy n no season. The chix strip were dry n hard the bbq chix was rubbery. The taquitos were super hard n overly cooked. The fish had a smell to it. Even the fruit tasted like it was watered down. I don't think I will be coming back to this buffet ever again. For it to have such variety and it all taste so bland. Very disappointing!!!!!!!
