We had a fabulous time. Rooms were modern & updated nicely & very clean. Comfortable beds pillows. Lots of dining options. Casino was fun. Had a great vacation lounging on the beach & a bit of gambling. We will certainly visit again. Recommended staying at the Tropicana

I enjoyed my stay at the Tropicana. The room was recently renovated so it was nice, clean and spacious. There is so much to do in the casino that the one night we stood wasn't enough. The only thing is that you're going to do alot of walking if you want to see everything (but that's part of staying in a large hotel/casino that offers plenty of entertainment). Also, I wish they had check-in kiosks or mobile check-in so that you don't have to wait in line. Other than that I had a great time!

Has got literally everything. The casino is great and is always filled up with people. Free drinks at the casino. Try the hookah place nearby as they were pretty good. They really serve the best fries. Dance clubs have $20 cover and if you want to get in, it is worth it.

My stay at the Tropicana was very enjoyable. The hotel was quite large and felt like a maze at times, so be prepared to walk a lot. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, so no complaints there. There were a handful of dining options, all of which were slightly overpriced, but so are the rest of the resort restaurants in the area. In terms of entertainment options, there are plenty of bars and family friendly activities in the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here for a weekend trip.

Very nice hotel, lots of things to do without leaving the place. Great dinning options, as well as lunch AND breakfast. Several pools and an arcade. There is a non smoking tower of the hotel so the rooms don't stink. Over all a great place to stay with or without the family. Elevators are hard to come by during check out times, and you have to wait forever in line to checkout if you don't call ahead for express checkout.

Plenty of places to be entertained and to eat. I ate at the casa taco for lunch. Delicious. Beautiful jewelry in the shops. There's a gym, if your interested. It's right on the boardwalk. There's even a food market on that side. Really big. Really nice staff. It was a beautiful day and a beautiful stay. Visiting from Florida. Loved the beach! Too cold for me to swim but it was nice. Didn't win a thing all night. They gave me enough to keep me interested for a little while.

The hotel ROOMS themselves were fine, but we had asked when we booked 6 months before, for a room closest to the casino, and it definitely wasn't. To get too our room and the casino was about mile , when you have a disability that won't let you walk that far really cut down on our fun. We gambled 20 mins.because we were exhausted from walking , then had to walk again to get room keys because our room wasn't cleaned until 5:00. We parked in a self parking garage and couldn't even get a luggage cart. They won't let you take a luggage cart yourself , so with that walk we had to carry our luggage. So we were in bed at 9:30 pm in a city that was supposed the best night of our trip. Then on our departure the express check out was closed. So that would have been another mile to the registration desk. NOT US WE JUST LEFT THE KEYS AT THE DESK. Then to top off this disappointing trip. We had to pay to park. When there was no parking other than a garage or valet. Won't be returning If we just would of gotten a room closer to the casino as we asked. This would have been a 5 star review.

I worked for the front desk years ago. I loved being in a fast-paced environment where you meet so many people from all over the world. The front desk manager was a jerk. However, the hotel and casino are great. Spacious rooms and many have views of the ocean, city, bay and even of the casino! The Quarter is absolutely beautiful. So many places to choose from to eat and there's also room service. The casino is welcoming and clean. Make sure you get a players card so you can earn free stays, food and more.

The Tropicana is my favorite resort in Atlantic City. There is always something to do during the day with all of the shops and restaurants. Night life always seems to be packed with people enjoying themselves. There are a lot of great and popular Slot and table games inside the casino. The hotel was recently remodeled as well as the outside of the entire Tropicana. Staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. I can barely think of any complaints other than getting lost the first 2 times I've been there. Now I know it like the back of my hand because I visit so often. I love the Tropicana!

This hotel has great, personable staff. The rooms were clean and tidy. Atmosphere was calm and bright. Great for someone who is traveling alone or on a business trip. Its at a reasonable price as well!

We love staying at the Tropicana. They have good pricing, high in summer but same as most other places, if not cheaper. Right on boardwalk with lots around and inside to do. The Quarter & downstairs is great, lots of food to choose from, snacks/sweets, shopping, night, comedy and dance club, and Imax theatre and family fun center for kids. If your a gambler they offer nice gifts and point system. Pool is always packed and West tower is always loud at night. Rooms are comfy, just need microwave to reheat left overs. Staff is nice and helpful. Check in needs some help, be prepared to wait.

First time here meeting a old friend from high school. The company was wonderful and the food choices were great! The hotel itself needs a good cleaning. The walkways need dusting/mopping and the lighting is kind of cloudy/dingy. My room in the newer section had a nice view although the bed was extremely uncomfortable, lumpy. The room itself has had patch work, a few new items such as shower doors/bathroom counter tops. The hotel labels it new?

This is a really nice casino. Always clean inside and lots of energy coming from staff. I like the mall area with all the stores and restaurants. That area is a really nice area of the casino. I also really like the Wet Willies here. A pretty delicious alcoholic beverage!

I loved it. I stayed in a suite with two bedrooms, two bathrooms. The kitchen had so much cabinet space. Dishes and kitchenware provided. The balcony was great. One of my favorite parts about the room, besides the large jacuzzi hot tub of course. It was very clean and the bedding was one of the softest I've ever experienced.

Had a very nice stay. The room was clean and comfortable. There are plenty of places to eat and shop at the property. Has a nice atmosphere. It's a large property so you need to learn your way around. I'd go again.

Visited the Tropicana at Atlantic City on May 3rd & 4th 2018. We had a blast at this resort. Our room was so awesome & very clean. All the employees were very kind & helpful. The Tropicana is just a fun place to stay. I can't wait to go back. Thank you Tropicana for making my stay so pleasant.

When we showed up, we did not get the room we requested a month in advance for. The bathroom had no proper ventilation. No shelving units to put bath room items on. Very institutional feeling. Absolutely not one picture. I went here 5 years ago and had a great experience. Wonder what might be happening here. Caution. West tower is not a very good tower to stay in. Other towers are much nicer. Oh! Almost forgot the elevator going up.... I heard a metal scraping noise inside. It sounds very dangerous like it is in need of a maintence. It will be a very long time before I suggest coming back here.

I am honestly not sure why people had so many bad reviews. I loved to hotel to be honest. We stayed in the Havana tower and had a beautiful view of the beach. Our room was clean and very nice. The restaurants in the hotel were absolutely amazing and definitely all very tasty and the shops were also great. The only thing that sucks about this hotel is the resort fee. Other than that I enjoyed my stay very much and highly recommend the Trop.

My family enjoyed staying at this resort! They should be 4-5 star location with so many things to do! I can't wait to go back. We checked out of a 4 star hotel that mislead us about the indoor pool being open, and gratefully found Tropicana as our mini vacation Rescue! The pool was clean, rooms were clean, & the resort had plenty of things to do. I truly loved it & so did the family. Wish we booked here first.

Attended the NJ League for Nursing conference here this week. The conference facilities were spacious and well appointed. The casino was directly under the meeting rooms so when it was time for fun we didn't have far to go. Between the Marketplace and the Quarter there were plenty of food and shopping choices. Our room in the South Tower was very comfortable and had an ocean view. The only "negative" was construction on a walkway outside of our window however since we were out early in the am it wasn't really an inconvenience.

Atmosphere was warm and inviting. I loved the dedication to the theme which enhanced the total experience of Tropicana. Went to a small room party in a friend's one bedroom suite. Spacious....bigger thanoat one bedroom apartments in DC. Well kept. Very clean. Awesome choice with the faux wood floor. Room seemed so much more cleaner than the automatic nasty looking carpets most hotels use. Even when clean, the color choice of carpets still tend to look dingy. Though simulating hard wood, the floors were still soft to the touch. Very cool. Might switch loyalty programs....

I was at the Trop for a bachelor party.. I'll leave it at this.. Ri Ra was delicious as usual. The room I stayed in was an updated room while others in the party had non-updated rooms. It's amazing what a little painting and some effort can do for the experience. Overall, better than my last stay at Trop as far as cleanliness and service is concerned, but as with all AC casinos, it's still not the Borgata.

I stayed in the North Tower. My room was very clean with updated decor. The bathroom was spacious. Tropicana is one of the nicer hotels on the strip. There are plenty of restaurants and places to get a cocktail. The casino floor has a good variety of slot machines, my favorites being Clue and Britney Spears. I even scored a few bottles of wine when I checked the comps on my players card. Tropicana is the hotel I go back to when I visit Atlantic City.

Reliable good time for holidays and special occasions. Great fireworks display for New Years. Have sampled many delicious restaurants at the Quarter and have indulged my love of disco at Boogie Nights, theit retro club. Parking is 10 bucks at the highest, which is awesome for this area local. Honestly, my go-to casino for a good time in AC.

Love this Resort. This has to be the best all around hotel in Atlantic City. The Quarter they have is packed with such a great variety of clubs and lounges that we never had to leave the building. Seriously, they have restaurants, comedy, karaoke, live bands, night clubs and shows. We went gambling and the girls headed over to the Show for a few hours and then we met them to head over to the Comedy club and then over to Boogie Nights night club. It was a fun and well rounded night without having to cab it around town.
