I love Jack Casino, right in the busy, exciting downtown Cleveland. I am a huge fan of the indoor parking garage where you never have to go outside (unless you choose to), well lit on all levels and with visible cameras. I enjoy the slot machines the most. There are the tables on each level of the casino with the high rollers being on the third level. They have a very nice bar and lounge on the third level also, for the high rollers or "K" members. My favorite is the awesome buffet on the lower level. We go there to have dinner quite a bit and just love the food. The stations are perfect, food is hot, and options are many!! We have never encountered a buffet waitress that was not doing her job to the fullest! We tip the waitresses and the waiters every time we eat at buffet and definitely would not tip, if not warranted. We look forward to the buffet 2 to 3 times a month! Great food.....nice variety of slots.......lots of tables......Dj's on the weekends and more.....check it out, we think it's worth the trip!

The place was remodeling and a lot of the slots were turned off. BUT, the tables were all up and running? Spent hundreds and no one even offered me a water? I wasn't happy at all. It even looked bad. If you're gonna remodel, keep working till it's done. Dont let it just sit there. Fix what you tore up?

I always enjoy going to all Jack locations. Sometimes I win sometimes I lose, but that happens at every casino. I like the table games black jack is always a good go too! It's a very comfortable interior and the staff is normally very friendly and love to see you win! My only complaint is that you have to play so long for free parking, wish they could fix that system I have quite a bit of money in the 30 minute it takes at the table. Over I say Jack Clevelandis a nice casino to visit while in town!

For what they charge for there food you would expect some real good food...WRONG!!! There food is as lousy as there service and it must be a trend because the drinks are bottom shelf for top dollar. You can have a good time if you don't get out often or have low standards. The Jack is disappointing in so many ways..i do go often but that's only because I like to gamble and living in Cleveland you really don't have a choice and that's the saddest part because it's the only casino for hundreds of miles and they do Ohioans like this..its the Cleveland Brown's as a Casino..they do us like this because we'll still come..i expect more but like a true Clevelander i get let down! It's really hard to have a good time there because even if you lose some money you should at least be able to eat some good food. Why can't we get are moneys worth in Cleveland !

They have three floors of gaming, with a delicious buffet in the basement. The first and second floors are a mix of table games and slot machines varying in type and wager amount. The third floor is the poker floor and a VIP lounge. There are always new machines to play, which I like playing the new ones. They have a bar on second floor with live music sometimes, servers walking around taking drink orders. You can order your drink from your slot machine on the display. They also finally have $10 black Jack 24/7 which is good for newbies like myself.

The excitement is not there like it was in the beginning. Half the table games are gone. And have two slots are gone. They say they're under construction. So we'll see what it brings to Jack Casino. Wasn't too impressed

I came here from Toronto with my dad, good place. Nice and clean with a good variety of tables and slots. But the dealer at the roulette table wouldn't let me play and she demanded me put my ID on the table (wouldn't actually take it from me) and she couldn't find my birthday on my Canadian drivers license. So security came and cleared it all up and they were all amazing guys. Turns out that a few people recently snuck in and I recently turned 21 so I could see their skepticism. But seriously? I think you guys need to beef up your security a little more. Use handstamps or wristbands

I use to like this casino, but after today's experience my family and I will NOT be returning, I rather drive to Erie or Seneca. We experienced one of the most RACIST interactions. We took a picture with a fancy car that we had just seen a Caucasian family take with and was immediately ambushed by staff very rudely and continued to let the Caucasian family proceed to the casino . The first man instantly threatened us with the police as we were walking away and then another one called the manager that didn't even the witness the incident. I already told them that the picture was never saved but by then they came out with a dog on a group of women . I'm currently 31 weeks pregnant at that. Never again . I'm not going to spend my money anywhere that I'm getting a dog on sicked on me over a simple misunderstanding .

Slots are super tight. Don't waste your money here. Columbus and Toledo are better options for gambling. Also remember that if you want to sit at a bar you need to be playing video poker or drinking an ALCOHOLIC beverage. Super $h1t ho1e.

First time / last time. This is the worst casino, ever. The bar was rude, ask for a cup of coffee. She gave me a lecture, on how i should have order on slot machines. Really, rude. The slots games are no fun. Never ever return. Need to check how the other casinos are doing.

Great Casino! Low limit Blackjack with a 6deck shoe (no continuous shuffle)! Live roulette and craps. Those are the 3 things I look for and you have them all. Plus non smoking is a great plus. Don’t walk out smelling like smoke after 20 min! Only downside would be the expensive parking. I understand wanting to keep people from using a free garage to go to a Cavs game or dinner but for people who come in to gamble parking should be free.

Check is anyways a wonderful place you can go hang out listen to some music play some games will gamble I should say if you have it listen to the music it is so wonderful is well lit up you can rest assure it to your car is going to be safe inside the Jack Casino garage they do have cameras by the way when you're driving in there and say Camera you are on camera so I really like that to know that my cars will secure why I am inside entertaining myself having fun with my loved ones and Friends the staff there they're very wonderful they're very hopeful if you have a problem with one of the customers all you have to do is inform one of the employees and they will take care of the problem and I really like that because when you go down there you want to enjoy yourself and not being hassled by Beggars or someone saying give me money so I like to say that there is always someone there that you can talk to me if you have a problem keep it the word Jack Casino as well as Jack thistledown

Always have fun at JACK Cleveland. They had Saturday bar specials, and buffet was good .. only complaint, server never cleared our dirty dishes. Slots were fun, and the casino was busy, yet I still got a nice parking spot in the garage. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

This place is a scam. I have gone here many times over the years since they were Horseshoe. I haven't won anything the past 6 times. I am a Level "A" member and I never get any rewards like I use to. I would get free buffet and $20 free play but now I don't get anything at all. Absolutely nothing however I spend hundreds of dollars there at least 1-2 times a month?? The ONLY reason I give it 2 stars is because they improved the ways on achieving free parking. Drinks are also expensive!! $4 for a domestic bottle beer is crazy! I am completely done with this Casino. Dealers will flip blackjack and 20's 5 times in a row, and they will change dealers if the table is doing well. Honestly just save your money and go somewhere else!!

Some really nice dealers and some really friendly pit bosses. Non-smoking, which is great, and not too loud most of the time. Usually plenty of room to find a table you like, but not always. (They could keep a few more dealers around rather than trying to keep labor costs as low as possible. I suspect the corporate entity could afford it without going under. LoL.) Easy to have fun here, and I go a couple days a week to play, but careful on your way in and out; lots of shifty folks looking for "a little help" fill the doorways and sidewalks around the entryways.

I have visited in the past from Horseshoe and a handful of times before my most recent visit. I had a good time those times but it's has gotten worse each visit. They have now taken out both of my favorite slots, The Walking Dead machines and Hot Roll. Also they have WAY too many old video poker slots that nobody plays. Get some better newer slots and another video roulette or two. The video roulette table is always full. Drinks take forever too. Tables are decent though.
