compared to any other starbucks i’ve been to this had been the best. all of the baristas are so nice and kind, they never mess up my orders, and are very friendly. in general it is also very clean. definitely the best. really recommend coming here.

This Starbucks at 11000 Crow Canyon Road is my local coffee water hole. The staff is amazing my drink is always correct. And if you're a coffee drinker in the morning like I am I cannot receive enough about the mobile Starbucks app. It's so convenient to preorder your coffee and walk in and grab it especially when you're running late for work. This location is always in clean organized order and a nice relaxing environment to enjoy your morning cup of joe. Lastly, thanks to the local Starbucks team for supporting the Sycamore Stingrays with their coffee donations for The Sting Shack on Saturday morning swim meets.

Went mid morning. The employees were visiting with each other rather than servicing customers. Left a bad impression. The store has bad acoustics and is always noisy. Had to wait a while for my coffee but coffee was good.

Decent Starbucks. Little small and limited seating. Located across from Century theaters in Blackhawk plaza.

Yesterday I went in for a coffee before work, waited 25 min and never got my drink. Every time I reminded the staff and asked if my drink was coming out they would look at me surprised and ask what I ordered....I asked the same two people 3 times each! I had to leave to get to work on time and never received my order. When I called to complain to the manager she said my next drink would be on the house and there would be a gift card waiting for me, no talk of reimbursement. I went in this morning, received my drink and instead of a gift card I was given a card that says starbucks is unhappy that I am unhappy and lists a number and web address to take a survey on how they can improve....So really, I got what I paid for, only a whole day late and nothing to make up for their ridiculously bad customer service. They couldn't even upgrade me to a grande? Thanks Star-shmucks for making my experience sub par. I will be going to Peete's from now on...
