Yesterday I went in for a coffee before work, waited 25 min and never got my drink. Every time I reminded the staff and asked if my drink was coming out they would look at me surprised and ask what I ordered....I asked the same two people 3 times each! I had to leave to get to work on time and never received my order. When I called to complain to the manager she said my next drink would be on the house and there would be a gift card waiting for me, no talk of reimbursement. I went in this morning, received my drink and instead of a gift card I was given a card that says starbucks is unhappy that I am unhappy and lists a number and web address to take a survey on how they can improve....So really, I got what I paid for, only a whole day late and nothing to make up for their ridiculously bad customer service. They couldn't even upgrade me to a grande? Thanks Star-shmucks for making my experience sub par. I will be going to Peete's from now on...
