Lived here for 10yrs. Never went until last week and had a ball even came out 300 plus in my pocket. Will definitely go again

I would give the workers 5 STARS! But the officials of the boat were rude, and condescending. I was one of the unfortunate people that experienced HORRIBLE seasickness. I was actually passing out, and my husband was so nervous. The officials could have cared less. The staff took care of me. Thanks so much to the dining room staff!!!

Overall a very bad experience and would not recommend for tourists. Don't waste one of your vacation nights on this junk.
Bad buffet. Very Tiny. If you end up going, just eat before.
No entertainment or dancing opportunity.
5 hours is a very long time for a cruise.
Not meant for tourists.

We went to the Big M Casino one night on our vacation and I was told that my dress was too short and needed to put something underneath. “Luckily “ we had a spare jacket that I could tie around my waist, which turned out to be the same length as my dress from behind but was allowed in. After entering, I noticed several other women with dresses the same length and shorter lengths. I know dress codes are often set for things like this, but when we called prior to leaving we were told the dress code was “just casual.” Later in the cruise another passenger got seasick and was laying in a lounge chair to ease their symptoms. I offered them my jacket as a blanket spent since it was chilly on the deck. After I went down to cash out what I had left at the cashiers stand (without my jacket around my waist) and I pointed out again and told I ”cannot to leave until I have the coat around my waist.” Truly a horrible and uncomfortable experience when it didn’t need to be. I will not return.

When I first saw a cruise casino I was excited about it but the experience was not great at all. If you are a tourist do not waste your time and money. Even though they advertise at hotels and in tourist magazines they are here only for regulars. There is no customer service. No one was super rude but there was no excitement if you were not recognized as a regular. There was a coupon advertised at a hotel for 5 dollars toward gambling but wait you can't use it unless you have a members card and it's to be used on your next visit. There was another advertisement posted on their website and ship if your birthday is in the current week you get a free gift. Cool it's my birthday let me ask. Nope couldn't get that either unless you have a membership card. The last thing was near the end of the cruise they were setting up to play bingo. I go up to get a card but nope it's for members only.
The chairs on deck was dirty. The first level because smoking is allowed is very thick with smoke . You can smell it when you first enter the ship.
Tourist really get treated like an after thought.
The only good thing about the ship is we didn't crash.

Food great..not a big selection but very good! Didn't win but had a great time...

Fun little trip out of four times I've gone on the Big M no winnings so if you're trying to hit big lol keep trying!
