None of their dishes come with veggies. I've never been to a Chinese restaurant that doesn't include veggies. And at $48 for small plate beef black bean sauce id say very average.

Great service, great food price is on the Hugh side but your in the crown so it's expected.

Amazing service and amazing food. We had the $55 banquet and it was just heavenly. Not greasey but delicious fried squid and fish, steamed garlic veg, soy beef and some jasmine rice. Amazing. Plus entrees was a serving of spring rolls, duck and dim sum.

My husband and I had lunch at Silks before a show this week. We had booked for 12 o’clock, there was no one at the front reception counter and after waiting about five minutes a woman outside the restaurant saw us standing there asked if we were attended to, I presume that she worked somewhere else within the Burswood, she said that she would get someone out to help, we still waited longer. Whilst seated we saw other patrons just walk into the restaurant as there was no one at reception. The food was fine, but pricey. We were shocked when the waiter served meals and drinks on my husband’s right side and reached across the table to serve my meal. This is not proper service etiquette for such a restaurant. The staff and the service at our local Chinese restaurant is much, much better and welcoming. Disappointed.

Just had a wonderful meal at Silks. The service was excellent... prompt, friendly and engaging. The food was excellent... having both grown up in S E Asia... we were really pleasantly surprised. Was worried given previous reviews.... but delighted by the food and the service.

Great experience, over priced e.g. $25 for 3 dim sum's, but is a sure spoil treat all up.

We had dinner last night before Mama Mia. The Satay chicken and sweet and sour pork were delicious. Excellent service!

Poor service.
Food below average (6 meals we’re tried)
Instructions of slow and steady weren’t understood. (Only 2 of us were eating and ordered way too much so we didn’t want all meals out at once. That went out the window we got served everything in one hit)
No dessert menu was offered.
Very expensive for the quality and flavour.
Honey pepper beef was served rear-medium (bleeding meat)
Would no recommend this place.
