Green Valley Ranch is such a nice Casino and Hotel. It has more than enough to offer when hungry which was the reason for my trip there this time. I used my points from my players card to buy stuff at the gift shop which was cool. Gambling is fun here as they have a huge floor of games to choose from. Poker room race and sport here also. Fun times.

This place was amazing. While in Vegas we decided to rent a car and see what they have to offer. This place was very clean, modern and the staff was very friendly and helpful. A must see if you rent a car while in Vegas. This will be on my list of places to go again for sure. Unfortunately I found it the day I was on the way to the airport but so glad I did. Next time I'll know and have more time to look at all this place had to offer.

I love green valley ranch, the location is great, food is amazing, my son loves it because he loves playing in the sand area by the pool. However, there was a recent change in the rules about the pool. I tried to take my son to the pool on Sunday, the guard stopped me and stated there was a change in rules. You can not go to the pool with a child unless you have a hotel room, buy a cabana or bed. I have a summer pass and that would not work. My son was not happy because he wanted to play in the sand by the pool. We use to be able to pay $20 and go in the pool. Is there a reason why things have changed?

Very nice, my favorite station street casino right above red rock. It has a great pool area and nice rooms. The buffet here is much better than other station casinos. This is honestly the best locals casino in my opinion and one of the few with a poker room. The connected shopping center is nice, great dining options all around and in a nice area. This is where I recommend people to stay that come in from out of town that don't want to stay on the strip.

I love GVR. I've been coming here since I moved here 10 years ago. I feel like it's under constant flux with ever changing restaurants but I think it's been stabilizing over the last few years. I will say that the restaurants here are the best they've ever been, including the food court area. Gambling here is fun. They always have the latest slot machines and specials. The property itself is gorgeous and has a lot of potential that I hope gets utilized better,.

Stayed for one night but had absolutely no problems. Staff is very courteous. The look of the resort is glamorous and kept very clean. It was unfortunate the pool was closed but there was a wedding taking place which was fine. Got to enjoy the spa area which is conveniently located next to the fitness center as well. The casino area had some interesting choices and didn't reek too terribly of cigarettes. Dining was superb especially the buffet for breakfast, food did not disappoint nor did we get sick from it. The rooms, though we didn't have much a view which didn't bug us, we're well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious with a walk in shower and a soaking tub. I even enjoyed the fact you could listen to the TV in the other room from the bathroom with a simple switch. Definitely worth the stay for all the amenities you get. Will be coming here more often.

I never share reviews and I’m The easiest going person alive but they truly ruined our vacation and slapped us in the face with how they didn’t resolve our (they’re) problem. Here’s the long story. We requested early check in which was verbally confirmed, we got there at noon, the girl told us the prior guests in our room (only suit left) were given a late check out at 12:30 and would be leaving any minute and they would have cleaning start ASAP and she recommended we wait in the lobby or by the pool (in our street close) because it “wouldn’t be long” we sat around and melted by the pool, kept checking back, waited in the lobby, walked around for 4 AND A HALF HOURS!! They told us time and time again it will be ready ASAP we kept asking for a manager to perhaps get us a different room (we paid extra for a suit but would have downgraded to get in a room) but the manager was not there and not one person could do anything!!? When no one could find us management we called and were told over the phone we would be in our room no later then 3:00. Finally the last lady we talked to said they approved the prior guests again an even LONGER check out time (knowing we had been there waiting) and didn’t leave until 3:09 PM! So we didn’t get in until 4:30 because they had to clean it for over an hour. So we were floored to hear how “courteous” they were to the prior guests at our expense. We had to cancel our day plans because we weren’t able to get ready. They suggested we go to the bathroom to change in a stall!! Um no thanks, I’m not on a backpack trip or laying my close out on your toilet. We are completely okay with dealing with their rules but it was the fact that 4 different employees gave us absolutely false information over and over. (Like, tell us to go see a movie on them because it’s going to take a while or at very least, to change into our swim suits and swim because it will take a while. Not “wait in the lobby because it will be any minute!”!!!!! Once in our room the cleaners forgot to leave any soap, shampoo, conditioner..anything which we didn’t notice until I was taking a shower and had nothing to use. The manager gave us a credit of $50 for room service and we are vegan and they literally didn’t have one single vegan option haha, we ended us getting a few side dishes that were completely gross! it was seriously such a slap in the face. They didn’t handle it maturely one single bit. I can at least feel lucky because we usually bring our 4 small children and it would have been a much bigger nightmare with them standing around for 4 hours so it was good it was at least just the two of us. It was almost a laughable deal.

Very nice Casino and great restaurants. I was very disappointed in the room. The rooms are very nice, but it's the details that make a big difference. The hot water would only come out as a trickle. You could also tell whenever someone flushed the toilet or turned on a shower close to your room, because your water pressure and temperature will change dramatically. I sent a review to the location after they sent me a follow up after my visit. I gave great detail and good candid feedback. I was a little surprised I didn't hear back from anyone either apologizing for some of the inconvenience for thanking me for the honest review.

This hotel appeared nice upon first View, but, I must unfortunately say that in the end it seemed more like a tourist trap. Hidden charges and lack of the most basic amenities outweigh the nice decor and surroundings, unfortunately. Upon checking in, we were presented with a surprise $200 "amenity fee"for use of the spa, gym, and pool, even though we had no intention of using any of those. We were there on business. Not only that, but if I did want to use the gym, I would have been limited to using it between the hours of 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. Most other hotels that I stay at have gym hours that are much longer than that, or even 24 hours. The hotel does not even provide free coffee in the lobby or other such basic amenities that even a Motel 6 provides. The "free" internet was painfully slow, and there was no coverage in certain areas.
