Great place for a relaxing holiday. Clean, fully equipped, friendly manager Pam. Only one problem I encountered, the buttons on the spa bath didn't work so well.

Pam is awesome. We felt right at home from the get go......our unit was so clean and very well stocked. We loved the decor, linens and cozy beds. Well done ROYAL ALOHA
This veteran needs to spend more time here for sure. Great views and easy access to the casinos, supermarkets and Heavenly is right next door. I cannot say enough. Thank you again, Pam.

We have stayed here 4 times. All 4 times the Condos were clean, well prepared and very well stocked. The cleaning crew are polite and friendly. The only issue that we have EVERY time we stay here is the manager is completely unpredictable. At times she is nice, even helped us check in early, and then in the same breath will turn around and be completely rude. We even took her a Christmas gift this year to try and start the trip out on a positive note. Her social skills are lacking and she has proven ALL 4 TIMES that we stay there, she is not capable of being consistently pleasant. During our stay this Christmas she knew she was rude and tried to come and apologize only to turn crazy again the next day. The crazy encounters are not just in person, as we have had her yell at us over the phone as well when calling and asking a question. As long as our interactions with her are limited, we enjoy our stay every time.
