Awesome Casino Tournament Cruise!
Ship was modern, elegant and clean. But my review focuses on the casino. The casino was so much fun with great energy, they held slot tournaments, raffles, hot seats prizes, and other promos. I found the casino didn't feel too tight for being on a ship. Many bonuses and fairly big wins were had. Not sure about other cruise lines but I got two JPs of $1200 with no taxes withheld. Casino staff friendly and engaging. Lots of variety of slot machines and popular titles. Straight forward casino comp program where you can earn free cruises based on how many points you earn, starting from 5000 points for free inside up to 5 nights. And Free means free with MSC so no taxes or fees. I can't wait to do my next MSC casino tournament cruise!

Sailed MSC Seaside from Port Canavral 2023, Beautiful ship, but room was dusty, dust everywhere, headboard, tv , light swithc, MDR was dreadful, got given a break basket with a roll already buttered and bute taken out of it, also desert arrived before main. and drinks never came. poor experiance and no reply from customer service

Fun Casino
We had a great time in the casino! The staff was friendly and everyone knew us by name after just a few days. We played table games and a few slots. We hit more than a few high paying hands. They had several tournaments and it was an overall fun experience!
