Have not been here in years as I was so disgusted by the service, food and gaming machines that I decided to go to Worley instead. Why doesn't someone from this place go there, to learn how to truly serve people and create happy loyalists? I was thinking that after so many years I might try it. I read these reviews and realized that they just don't seem to ever learn or maybe they don't want to create a place that can come close to competing with Coeur d'alene casino. There's a reason CDA casino is growing and always full of people ..and it's not only its location. It's what it offers. Well, not going down there today. These posts changed my mind. Heading north. Don't go there folks -- unless they get it together, can acknowledge what they're doing wrong and change. BTW, the compact the tribe has with the state of Idaho indicates that there is no minimum payout on slot machines. Those payouts are public for the non-Indian casinos. Given the tightness of the machines here, you have to conclude that the payout on the machines at Clearwater is about a couple percentage points. It's something they do want hidden. Google. You'll never find a word written about the payout. Think about that when you take your wallet out -- and are surrounded by people who say it's very, very tight. There's a reason...

Extremely dissatisfied with our room. I found a bed bug in our room. The staff was extremely rude. The games are old and barely pay out. The place is a dive. No free drinks when gambling no complimentry breakfast. Plus the room is old a they smell bad. I expected more from a casino. Save your self the time and money go elsewhere

The best full service, all amenity, one stop shop in the area. The staff are warm, helpful, courteous and customer focused. Casino, event center, restaurant, sports bar, gift shop, lodge with pool included, rv park with bathroom, shower and pool access as well as a gas station and convenience store with a deli and Skippers restaurant located inside. Not to mention the perfect view of the Clearwater River, the Sleeping Chief resting place told by the Nez Perce people. Come play and stay and win with us. Khatse yow yow! Thank you

Since retiring two years ago & traveling in the Southwest, we had the opportunity to visit many casinos. Some had the most beautiful architecture, cultural exhibits, scenery, food & general entertainment besides games of chance. The positives of the Clearwater Casino to me are few. I enjoyed their pool table which was free as was the diet sodas I drink tipping generously for the service. Now they have jammed old machines up next to the pool table which sucks. There is a nice lounge where one can read a free local paper. However, the slots are the tightest I've encountered, the service a bit sketchy at times other than Daniel who always has a smile on his face while giving extra care to gamblers. Not many of other employees smile or seem welcoming. If you do not stay at the hotel, you do not have access to WiFi, and access to the internet is generally poor. For the $$ they make, one would think the food quality would improve & employees sent to the same place Coeur d Alene Casino sends theirs to learn how to treat people, especially the ones who are spending their money there. So, I go there occasionally, shoot a bit of pool, waste a little money & time. Just wish my experience there would get better not worse.

The beds are uncomfortable and it looks like the bought their furniture from the thrift store!, they didn't even have alarm clocks in their rooms? WTH? The slots machines are like every other slot machine in every other casino, spent $300 bucks of coarse but didn't win a thing, just fed their slot machines! Would not recommend.......drive further to an exceptional Casino, cuz this one is not!
