Great service...quality food but in general underseasoned

While this place is incredibly fancy and has fantastic food, I am sad to say that the steak was just not up to my expectations. I asked for my steak medium well, and it was at MOST medium rare if not rare. It was somewhat bland as well. What really set this up to be a four star rating was the sides. Having fantastic lobster mac and cheese (wish there was more lobster though, not much in there), extremely creamy mashed potatoes, tender, yet crunch sautéed broccoli, creamed spinach, and a crispy exterior, tender and soft interior bread, was all fantastic. Those items were incredibly tasty and melt-in-your-mouth. The mussels with chili sauce were good, but seemed to not be that fresh. The desserts were completely worth the entire meal. Delicious mini cinnamon doughnuts with raspberry dressing, cheesecake with an Oreo crust, fantastic dark chocolate coffee cake, and key lime pie all were delicious in their own ways. None was worse than the other. Definitely get desserts when you come.
Overall, really good experience and would come back again solely for the sides and desserts.

Best ribeye ever! The service was decent...which is saying a lot considering it's in South Beach. The only place we ate during a 4-day vacation that gets more than 2 stars. Well done, Red.

The atmosphere here is nice and romantic. The server was friendly and professional. Foods are great I got a tomahawk aged steak my wife ordered the 40 days prime ribeye. They're really tasty.

Excellent food and service, more than we expected and it was open later which us just one more plus. The scallops and gnocchi were so delicious and we relied on the suggestions of our server, who did not disappoint. The atmosphere is upscale and cozy. Will definitely return.

Red, the Steakhouse is not just my favorite restaurant, but possibly my favorite place in Miami Beach. The food is always excellent and the menu has something for everyone. If you feel like something different, toss your idea out there, and they'll probably make it special for you. The ambience is great, and the bar seating is excellent with some of the best bartenders I've ever encountered.

The Kobe Beef is amazing! It's a must try. Red offers an amazing selection of wine and the atmosphere is great.

One of the top restaurant in Miami, a must go. Steak are just great, as good as Houston, TX ! Service perfect. Enviremont amazing, will go back for sure !
