Restaurant, yes, sports bar, not a chance. The TV's are so outdated it's almost impossible to sit there and watch sports in the "sports bar". The food is decent and the service as well, but for goodness sakes, spend a few bucks and upgrade the horrible TVs in the "sports bar" if you insist on calling yourself one. Updated April 2018, same crappy TV's.
Hey Player's Club, the 2000's are calling! Sure they have a lot of TV's, but they are ALL in standard definition. Huh? A sports bar? We went there last year to watch the college football championship and were disappointed at the poor quality of the TV's. Went back for the the same game this year, thinking for sure they'd have improved, but no, still the same lousy TV's. The thing is it would be an easy and inexpensive fix (it's not the TV's just the way the signal is distributed), but they obviously don't care enough to spend a couple bucks to make it right. So, don't call yourself a sports bar. Every other bar on the beach (including their sister bar out back) has HDTV. There's no reason to sit in there and watch 90's television.
On the other hand, the food's always good there.
