Blue Agave Oyster and Chile Bar

I was advised to try the best buffet at Palace Station and I went for lunch before my flight out. The food was hot and there was a good selection. There is renovations ongoing and they had a few hard hat specials. Overall great experience.

The oyster bar is a must have every time I visit. Top 3 of my favorite places to eat. It lets you know something when you go to eat there and usually meet someone who lives in Vegas. I just wish this place was bigger and had room for more people.

Favorite oyster bar in town is located inside this Hotel and Casino! The other ones just don't compare. The wait can be pretty long sometimes, but it's worth it. They started renovating the casino and it's starting to look less and less like the Palace Station I remember when I was younger. It DOES look nicer and more in line with the style of casinos that you see on the strip though. Currently as of June /2018, they are still renovating parts of the casino. So some places may not be open.

Rooms were newish and clean. The biggest issue I had was noise and people entering my room when. I was in there. I could here the room next to me clear as can be and heard all of their conversations and as you can imagine being in Vegas the we're interesting to say the least. I also had maids on two occasions enter my room. First at 8:30 in the morning knocking then opening the door right away giving no time to respond. It was a good thing I was awake. They second time they entered through the joining door which I thought was extremely odd. This was well before checkout and I'm sure during hours a lot of people are still asleep. Besides that the room was better than expected.

I went to palace station to go eat at oyster bar before we left to come back to Los Angeles. I always come here when I visit Vegas and never disappoint me in any way. I love their oyster as a starter and have clam chowder and love their pan roast. It's creamy and love the spicy level. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Forced to stay here many times for work-related conferences. Definitely an older crowd. No good bars here. Extremely smoky. Restaurants all average. Clean rooms. Pool ok. I would never stay here unless compelled to. Staff seems good however.

Attending a professional conference over a week. Hotel staff is very easy to work with, restaurants and buffet have a good selection of meals. Hotel rooms are well equipped and very open. Only downside I have discovered is the walking distance between the rooms and conference center. Lastly, the front desk staff are very friendly and I was able to work with them on an issue, with a fantastic outcome.

This was our last stop before heading to the airport, and it was worth the wait. My friend and I stood in line for about an hour when we arrived at 11 am. The smells of butter and spices are alluring and enticing as your stand in anticipation. When we were seated, the service was highly efficient. No time is wasted because everyone behind the bar is used to endless chaos. I ordered the "secret menu item" that combines bouillabaisse and their signature pan roast. The stew was rich, creamy, and spicy. It was overflowing with a variety of fresh seafood as well. This was definitely worth the stop.

Their buffet offers affordable Sunday dinner pricing at $11.99 with player's card. The atmosphere was somewhat lacking as it felt very generic and cafeteria style with nothing of interest to note. However the bonus of this buffet is the breathable air. It's located on the second level, away from the main casino floor, so there's no cigarette smoke while you eat! The food offerings are varied and taste fresh.

We went to Palace Station because years ago they had a restaurant called Pasta Palace that we had visited several times. Alas, times change and it no longer exists, but we are the the current restaurant and although no longer an upscale place, was worth going. 24 hour breakfast. Full menu of sandwiches, steaks, Asian dishes, etc. The 4 of us got a wide variety. The restaurant is old and could use an update and cleaning, but food was good and drinks were cold. This casino and restaurant can't compare to the latest and the greatest, but for a good meal in a relaxed setting and very good prices, I can overlook some of the shabbyness and give it a 4.
