Loved this place! First time going here and the feel is just great. The place is clean, drink are free if you are playing, if not then they are pretty cheap at the bar. It is not crazy crowded and there is live music as well. Really worth it driving a couple of minutes passed Black Hawk.

Fun place with some real fun live music. I don’t know if they have bands every weekend but the one I saw this past Saturday rocked!!! Beds were new and comfy and clean.

The first month was great. I had a free hotel stay. The room was good. Didn't like having to use 2 elevators but that is what it is. Didn't like having to use the kiosk every time to get your perks. I won a small jackpot had to wait to be paid cash. Since then my perks aren't worth the time to stop. I went from 25.00 free play to 5.00. And now the hotel room is half price no free meals.

Nice hotel and casino. Love all the giveaways. I liked the room it was so clean but the music woke me up playing below in the casino I dony know if they had it to loud but I was like sleeping above a disco. Everything else was fabulous hope they can fix the noise otherwise I would have given 5 stars

We stayed at the Grand Z on 3.2.19. We booked a non-smoking room and when we arrived they said they were fully booked at only had smoking rooms left. The room was really nice, HOWEVER, the room smelled AWFUL! It made the stay horrible. We asked 3-4 times throughout our stay if there were any open non-smoking rooms and were told they were sold out. During this time the casino was empty. We asked after 10pm if there was anyone that didn’t show up and were told no again. We couldn’t sleep because of the smell. My sinus hurt from the nasty smell of the smoking room. The only thing we got was an “oh, I guess you should book a non-smoking room.” WE DID!! The customer service was awful. We are very disappointed because we only get one night out a year and it was spent it a disgustingly smelly room. The room itself was very nice and the bed was really comfortable.

Not real crowded, which is a plus! Good machines and had a good time at the craps table. Spent maybe 4 hours there. You can tell it is new and they need to hire more people.

So booked a room to stay in. NO where did it say a minor could not stay in the hotel room. Got thrown out at 9:30 in the night after coming back from dinner and being in and out of the hotel several times with no one saying anything. As you can see from there website Primary guest must be 21 to book. I would agree with this, but no where does it say you can not have a child who is in HS with you. Poor advertisement and not friendly at all. Would not have enjoyed if I had been with friends and just hanging out for the weekend.

Grill is excellent, rooms are fantastic. Miss Penny is fabulous. Staff is all friendly and very courteous. The machines payout seems pretty low these days. Would give extra half star. Better payouts on machines would give 4 star.
