I have called both numbers the local 954 and a 30 minute hold time and the toll free number 30 minute hold time. Website will not recognize my log in. When I try to book a cruise, its site picks what level of suite for you instead of picking your own.

To Whom is may concern,
How is it that a company today is conducting business with such a malfunctioning website? I have tried to book a cruise on the website and nothing works. I can see all of the details but that's all. I tried to request more information. And that page doesn't work because of very simply website setting.
If you can't run a simple website page that has only the most basic data entry fields, how can you effectively run a cruise ship or a company?
There are 2 simple errors that prevent me from leaving my contact info to book a cruise. I guess you really don't care to talk to me. The birth month selection only allows me to select the month word. The error says I need to enter a 2 digit numeric month. Then the country I select is not recognized.
Please find someone more competent to set up your website. Let me know when you figure it out and maybe I will book a cruise.

Costa Cruises is a good company. Service was good and prices reasonable especially when traveling with 2 kids under 18 in the stateroom they were free of charge in two of our Mediterranean cruises. Entertainment is a bit to loud and not so good like we had on Celebrity or Royal Caribbean Cruises.
Costa Cruises ist wie Carnival Cruises, bloß mit verspielten ilalienischen style . Aber italienisches Flair kann man es jedoch nicht nennen, da das Ambiente eher kitschig, quietschbunt und eher auf Kinder ausgerichtet ist.
Die Schiffe sind mit Carnival Kreuzfahrtschiffen größtenteils baugleich, nur mit einer veränderten Innenaustattung

I absolutely love it there. I had a a great time for my birthday. We had hit the buffet for breakfast and they had a very well done selection. Friendly staff great service. Then we got up the gift shop. Wide variety cute items. All for $10 at the gift shop. Over all review is a 5 star satisfied customer.

We just came back from Costa-Deliziosa during new year celebration. Above my expectations. Everything good, but food was just ok, shows fine, rooms good, entertainment was great, service, coffee and cleanliness was awesome. Food and beverage need some improvements for our taste. Thanks
