The jaialai is great and actually somehow has gotten better after these fools have taken over. Unfortunately the dumb Argentinians that run it seem to have no concept of how a casino, or any business for that matter, works. It's quite pathetic, almost like it's being run by children. They decided they would charge ridiculous prices for food and drink off the bat (hint, idiot owners, - this doesn't work). They also decided they would drop the dollar wednesdays... good idea, you know, cuz drunk people don't drop money gambling........ This spot has so much potential, but the current owners are either really, really bad at what they do, or they using it for some other purpose. Hopefully they figure things out eventually or at least hire someone that can. This place is great and could be a lot more successful if someone with an iq over 70 had a say in design and implementation.

Very clean place. Sodas were reasonably priced for the venue. The Jai-Alai was awesome to watch and exciting. And it is the best value you can get for 3-4 hours of entertainment on a Saturday afternoon.

I've never been to jai alai before, nor am I particularly well-versed in the realm of simulcast establishments, so it's tough for me to judge the venue alone. However, for the uninitiated, it's really cool, and definitely fun for a night. I went on a Friday night, which is when I was guessing there'd be a big crowd, as I knew I wanted a lot of the vibe. However, there were maybe 50 people or so watching the game. It was still a total trip though. I'd heard all about jai alai being the world's fastest game, but I'd never seen it. Not only is it fast, it's difficult too. The auditorium to watch the game held 4000+ people. Maybe back in its heyday, they'd get it, but those days seem far away. The place was cheap though and the parking was free. If I were to compare it to other large betting establishments, I'd say that it's not so nice. It wasn't clean, the food was crappy, and the crowd is sketchy at best. But if you go in expecting that kind of vibe, it's a fun night.

never seen jai alai before and was looking for something to do. HUGE parking lot and you can see they had 3 valet parking isles that were used once. at one time this must have been huge. entered thru side door now into small betting room occupyed by drugies and career gamblers that havent won a bet in years. once thru there, you walk into this gigantic autotorium with 40 people in, it .once inside though, it was entertaining and my wife and i enjoyed ourselfs. couldnt figure out the betting system though. definatly worth seeing at least once
