It's a bit pricey on the weekend stays, but very clean. It's one of the better days inn in the area. Staff was very friendly. Not much for delivery out their. But you are only 1.5 miles down the road from the Hollywood Casino which has some very good restaurants. Also has semi truck parking available. Pet friendly, pet fee is $10 a pet per day.

It was a very clean, comfortable bed and room. They charge to much, but other than that I was very pleased.

Room had a terrible mold smell. When we told them they said they had just cleaned the carpets. Maybe the carpets needed a mold treatment too. The price for the room was very high. I gave them a 2 instead of a 1 just because the water pressure in the shower was good. Would not go back to this hotel.

Truly a 2 star hotel. Breakfast was good, some items changed day to day like the type of muffins and toast offered. That said, breakfast was pretty standard, eggs, sausage, coffee, apple and orange juices, yogurt, toast, etc. Rooms were clean overall and the beds were comfy. We found that the drain in our shower was very slow for most of our multi-day stay. We also found upon checking in that someone used our toilet and didn't flush. Staff are friendly. Soaps are below par. Good value for the rate but not somewhere I would seek out again.

Very convenient for ADULT travelers. The is smoking since this is a Nevada casino The restaurant is good and convenient. Sometimes the halls smell like smoke but if you ask for a non smoking room the room will be ok. Very well lit rooms with lots of space.

Pro's, cheap, large rooms, older but somewhat clean. Con's, this place got pretty good ratings so I thought I would give it a try. If you are a chain smoking gambler I guess it would be paradise. I fortunately do not smoke, this whole establishment smells like stale cigarettes. I got a no smoking room, it smelled like cigarettes really bad, seemed like the hotel staff tried to mask the smell with a perfumed product which just made things worse, after spending time in the suite, I got a terrible headache from the odors. A/C units took forever to cool the rooms down. Toilet tank took 15 minutes to fill. Restaurants in casino had decent food, but again, cigarette smoke ruined the experience for me. I guess I have only spent time in smoke free areas in upper scale casinos. Guess if smoke doesn't bother you, this place wouldn't be a bad place, but for those few of us whom have allergies, it is as miserable experience. This day and age, smoke free establishments are the norm and are taking over for many reasons, mostly health reasons. Hopefully in the future, this casino/hotel will update it's rooms and get with the times and at least make the part of the casino and all of the eating areas 100% smoke free as well as the rooms. Sorry, but it's a disgusting habit.

Aspen's

I'm sad placing this review... I've reviewed Aspens before with an enthusiastic 5*'s!! We ate dinner there last evening, the restaurant was only semi-busy. We were seated right away by a pleasant hostess. Sat for over 10min before offered anything to drink, bread was brought... good, love the dips. Our waitress disappeared after "giving us time to decide our dinner", she offered no descriptions of food or suggestions... although answered questions. After 17min, she came back for our order, we actually added an appetizer, which she never offered. Waited another 12min for soup and salad. The food runner was very pleasant. No server in site, another couple across the room obviously looking for the same server. Our entree/app presented together. App: temp cold, mushrooms raw, holandaise practically missing, in the past temp was cooked & hot. Ate 1 between the 2 of us... Expressed disappointment when the waitress came back, quickly picked up the plate & said she would remove it from the bill. Never offering to replace them. Which we would've preferred... Entrees: Shrimp flavorful & tasty, although just warm, garlic mashed excellent, brussel sprouts good, very small portion. Steak, cooked perfect MR, seasoned well, New Orleans shrimp was gross...very small size w/only seasonings in butter, baked potato, ok, corn-on-the-cob, bland... Waitress made a fly-by, after another many min wait, my husband went out to gamble and I asked her to pack-up our meal for us to take home... This is one of the most expensive places in town. Our bill was $90, for 2 with app removed. Shouldn't we expect and receive better service and HOT food?? She did keep bar drinks re-filled... but the difference since the last time we went is striking... portions smaller, waitress distracted at best, temperatures off (chef or waitress fault, I dont know). My husband works many hours, I'm sad we didnt enjoy our date night because employees didnt care enough and I feel badly we spent so much money only to be disappointed. I attempted to call last night and today to speak with a manager... last night I held for 5min+, today no one is answering the phone...
