Very conveniently located near the airport. Clean rooms. Luxurious linens on the king sized bed in our suite. Double vanities in the bathroom. The pullout couch mattress is a bit lumpy, but sleeps well. Full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave. The complimentary breakfast was impressive. It's more than a continental breakfast. Breakfast burritos, cereals, oatmeal varieties, hard-boiled eggs, fresh fruit, muffins and other pastries, and more.

Hotel is clean and we'll located. Hospitality staff is very nice. They gave me the wrong room (was supposed to have a bed and a pull out, only had a bed) and then gave me a whole other single bed room for free to make up for the mistake which my group very much appreciated. Continental breakfast was lacking - waffles are premade that you drop in a toaster, just hard boiled eggs, bananas/apples, toast, and cereal. No scrambled eggs or anything fresh (besides the fruit)

This was a great hotel. The staff was so helpful. They told us how we could use the free airport shuttle to get to a Bart station so we could get down to the piers. They also run a free shuttle to union Square on the weekends. I loved their breakfast. I can't eat gluten and dairy. They had several things I could eat for breakfast

Internal construction zone at the time of my visit. I'm sure I would rate it higher once all the tool carts, carpet rolls, and mattresses are out of the hallways. Staff was friendly.Facility was well designed for "working" while traveling. And price is very affordable. Close to FWY 101 in an industrial area. No foot traffic, bars, restaurants, or entertainment.

The breakfast is better than in most other hotels with similar categories. Big family rooms with affordable prices. The location is like 20-30mins from the center.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Their lounge area was great, we ate their several times. The room was comfortable, clean, and very spacious. I wish there had been two desk chairs for the table, but I was able to pull up the arm chair.
There was a free shuttle service between the hotel and SFO. SFO has a BART train station, so that was very convenient.

Upon checking in I was told I needed to pay am additional $150 for incidentals. I told them "no!" I had already paid for the room and now the incidental deposit would be more than the room itself. I wanted to speak with a manager but I was told by housekeeping that there was no manager onboard until the following day. I found that weird. Contacted the 1 800 number and the rep refused to take a complaint over the phone. The etiquette used of this woman at the front desk was unprofessional and I do believe she was trying to pocket in extra money. Also when I called to confirm my stay the same woman pretended to not understand me when I gave her my name and confirmation number over the phone which I thought was rude. There was no heater in the room. I don't understand how there can be people like this working here to not provide good customer service. No gift shop either. I won't stay here again

Best place to stay in South San Francisco. We are no stranger to Larkspur landing. We have stayed here for over 2 months . They are pet friendly and I mean friendly they always greet you with a smile And they really do care. The rooms have been remodeled and clean. Our 2 yorkies love the staff and love to see them daily. Staying here is really like being at home. Thanks again from Buddy and Zoey
