Upon checking in I was told I needed to pay am additional $150 for incidentals. I told them "no!" I had already paid for the room and now the incidental deposit would be more than the room itself. I wanted to speak with a manager but I was told by housekeeping that there was no manager onboard until the following day. I found that weird. Contacted the 1 800 number and the rep refused to take a complaint over the phone. The etiquette used of this woman at the front desk was unprofessional and I do believe she was trying to pocket in extra money. Also when I called to confirm my stay the same woman pretended to not understand me when I gave her my name and confirmation number over the phone which I thought was rude. There was no heater in the room. I don't understand how there can be people like this working here to not provide good customer service. No gift shop either. I won't stay here again
