IRIS IRIS IRIS!!! My daughter loved your " trainer for a day" experience. I've never ever in my life heard her be so open and verbal. You guys made her open up. I don't even think you know the impact you had on her. The whole team was great. Every time I look at the pictures I tear up. Although she's always loved all animals, I don't think any of them ever made her feel the way she felt while interacting with your dolphins. U guys took a kid who always wanted to be a marine biologist, but was afraid of the water- and turned her into someone who wants extra swimming lessons so that she could fulfill her dreams. I know I don't know u guys personally, but....I love you all! Iris is the best guide ever, I don't know how anybody could ever have a bad day being around her. She's so upbeat and positive. The team was so welcoming. You guys are starting off a whole new generation of marine life lovers. Thank you sooooooooo much for the experience!!

Great entrance/lobby. Great service, everyone was very nice, lines were quick, rooms were clean. The rooms were very large and very cost effective, but had a bit of a shabby feel. Shower/tub was just darker at the bottom, bed headboard had some peeling cover, one chair had a bunch of scratches. But very spacious and very good price! And again, service was solid.

Beautiful casino and properties. Take a stroll out back past the pool and you will think you’re walking in Florida the dolphins are so much fun to watch. The volcano show out front never gets old. The 1200 ft suits on the top four floors will really spoil its visitors.

What a great casino. It has that old school Vegas feel with modern restaurants. We went for the buffet with my dad's M Life military benefits discount (40% off) for his birthday. The seafood section is great and the carving station, but the rest of the buffet was mediocre. I'd go on a non-weekend price to make it worth it. Desserts were good, too. Asian section liked a lot.

My family and I dined at their buffet. It was $37.99 for dinner because of holiday pricing. The selection and quality of food was good, and we appreciated how the price included all-you-can-drink alcoholic beverages. The bread pudding was absolutely delicious. I took one star off because kitchen staff seemed a bit unhappy, especially the man working the carving station. Overall, I would recommend this buffet to others and will likely return.

The Mirage was wonderful from beginning to end. The room was amazing and very comfortable. We had an issue with the shampoo being previously used and not replaced; they have us a free buffet to compensate. The food was amazing. The casino was amazing, and Love was a masterpiece. We went here to visit Siegfried & Roy's Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat. It's kind of like a mini zoo. My daughter loved it. We got splashed by the dolphins during one of the shows. The staff was friendly and interactive. We even got to meet and take a picture with Siegfried, he was super nice.

The Mirage is as good as any other MGM casino and that is a comfort when booking our room for the first time. Everything feels very familiar just like the other MGM casinos. The employees are amazingly friendly and helpful. My spouse wanted to play a specific slot machine we couldn't find anywhere. The staff went out of their way to locate which casino did have the game and where is would approximately be. Our TV stopped working when the World Cup started and a call to the front desk and an "Engineer" arrived within minutes and torn the TV apart and had it working. The casino floor is spacious and the games varied. Everything is decorated nicely and the restaurants on site are reasonable by Vegas standards. I have visited the Mirage on every trip I have made to Vegas and will continue to do so for years to come.

I stayed in the Mirage's most luxurious room: the 3-bedroom villa suite, with courtyard. The rooms are nice but the service is atrocious. My friends and I left some precious items behind in our room and called immediately after leaving to ensure our items could be returned to us. The butler service confirmed finding our items, with detailed descriptions and ensured us they would be returned promptly. After that conversation, the items never arrived, nor did the staff follow up. So several weeks later, I called again to check on the status of my items. The staff then lied, denying ever having them. After talking to several staff, they finally admitted to having had the items, and no longer had any kind of record as to where they were. One staff member slipped that they were mailed to a previous, erroneous guest. They said they would try again to recover the items and call me back. A week later, they still hadn't called to give me an update so I called again. I again had to navigate their denial of ever having had the items. Finally the manager admitted that they lost the items, that they have no record of where the items are, and further, that despite acknowledging all blame, that they would offer no form of compensation for the items beyond credit with their hotel, which I will never stay at again.

I've stayed here three times, and all three times I've loved it! The staff are fantastic, the decor on the inside is superb (especially the inside gardens), the rooms are modern and comfortable, the variety of food and entertainment is aplenty. The pool is by far my second favourite after Mandalay Bay - I love the waterfalls! The casino lay-out is great, their sports room is large and non-smoking. Their restaurant offerings are all top-notch. The dolphins are great. LOVE by Cirque is one of my favourites, as well as it's accompanying store - filled with Beatles memorabilia! Honestly, I love Mirage. I can't say enough.
