Once again the Oasis DID NOT DISSAPPOINT💛💛💛We enjoyed our stay so much my children didn’t want to leave.😀It’s so incredibly relaxing here.Very clean and truly enjoyable from our busy lives.The staff is always so friendly and kind.We were able to enjoy Wet and Wild this year and what a amazing day it was there.We all all enjoyed the day.And staff was very kind here as well....I thought for sure we would incure problems with my special needs son instead we were welcomed😀😀😀😀A complete surprise.

Great place to stay. Multiple pools, coolers allowed, floaties and rafts allowed. Rooms are big and clean. Stay there every year!

THERE IS NOTHING MORE DISGUSTING THAN FINDING COCKROACHES IN YOUR ROOM. AND NOTHING WORSE FEELING THAN BEING WOKEN UP AT 7 AM BY LAWN MOWERS.
Yes, cockroachES (plural). I feel completely disgusted to be living is such conditions. The first day we came there was a half dead cockroach in the kitchen and on the second day there was one on the ceiling. Never have I ever seen so many cockroaches is one place in such a short period of time.
Upon such events, I called the front desk and they sent a service man with a spray. My parents questioned if it was safe for it to be sprayed inside as the fumes may be poisonous. He said: "do you want to read the bottle before I spray?" Judging from the front desk's reaction to my complaint, this was not a rare occurrence.
Not only is the room filthy (the floor was sticky and the carpet looks mangled) but the service is horrible. When we forgot our shampoo and asked the front desk, they told us to go buy it ourselves at the store. They sell shampoo in the lobby.
On the first morning I was rudely woken up by maintenance cutting grass right outside the patio to my room at 7 am. I did not plan on waking so early on a vacation meant for me to relax.
There are little to no activities and everything is costly. I do not recommend. My family frequents resorts such as the Oasis as we have a time share and let me say that this is by far the worst I have ever stayed at.
Overall, I felt uncomfortable staying here the entire time. I was constantly looking up down and sideways for cockroaches. Not to mention their list of rules. Upon checking in I was warned of all the extra charges that could be made, one of them being for a lost room key. At every other hotel and resort that I have ever stayed at, that being over 15, a hotel has never threatened such charges for a lost piece of plastic. On the contrary, room keys are easily deactivated or misplaced and most hotels will happily replace it free of charge. NOT HERE. UNBELIEVABLE.

It's a nice resort, our timeshare is with Marriott so it doesn't have the same amenities but it's still much better than other resorts and way better than any hotel!!!

LOVED it! The condo was great and the staff was quick to respond when we needed the bathroom fan adjusted.
Looking forward to going back with more family in late 2018.

Great experience all around! Our place was clean and well equipped. The feeling at the Oasis is relaxing with beautiful views. The neighbors were all friendly. I would highly recommend it.

Spacious unit fully furnished! Lots of pools & spas. The staff is very helpful & friendly. We were have a dinner party and asked for an additional table and chairs and plates, serving dishes & silverware and they came thru with everything we needed to server a wonderful Christmas Dinner. Our unit was spotless too!?
