Let me tell you about wings Wednesday there. 15 bucks all you can eat ! if you make a membership card at the front desk (takes like 10 min) you can also get a 10% off on food and 10 dollar playing money.
There was about 8 flavors for wings and it was worth it. Some can be very dry because well.. large volume of wings sitting in a bowel what do you expect. Unlimited pop/coffee, BLUE CHEESE, ice cream, candy, salad, rice, desert. So much better than what it used to be "View Royal" Casino.

I took my daughter and my grand kids for taco Tuesday. Everyone was so helpful right from the front desk to the staff at the buffet.
We tried our hand at gambling and that was fun and exciting. I love the atmosphere and especially all of the people that work there. Can't wait to do it again.

The renovation is done very nicely although it’s still going on outside. Great place for entertainment as long as you don’t spend more than you should. Played poker and had lots of fun... Haven’t tried any of the food they sell though. FYI - learned today that the poker room closes at 2:15am. The rest of the casino is open 24 hours.

Wednesday buffet special is chicken wings of numerous sauces that's for you to decide in an all you can eat invitation. Included coffee soup salad dessert muffin & soft ice cream. After meal join in for slot machines black jack roulette. Enjoy the play within controlled limits.
Thursday's all you can eat pasta. Opening at 5 p.m.

I would expect top shelf service from a casino. Not this one though. The moment I entered I was welcomed with an overwhelming stench of fish and rude, unapproachable staff that seemed as if they were in hell. No one smiles, no one cares.
To my shock, I went to play poker and found the tables located in the corner of the McDonald’s restaurant they have. If it’s not a McDonald’s, it sure as hell felt like one.
The staff controlling the table games were also very unwelcoming and in all honesty a bit ignorant. They were to busy chatting with their friends that were already playing. 8 people were waiting to play and they refused to open another table.
I grew up in Van and the casinos have 5 star service every step of the way.
This place, all though the food was decent is no better than a 1 star and I blame that entirely on the staff and the way they conduct themselves.
100% honesty from a very unsatisfied customer.
Don’t bother wasting your time going here. Nothing is enjoyable.

We enjoyed the newly renovated Elements Casino but the buffet was the absolute worst. The salad bar was terrible, the main dishes were luke warm at best and the turkey they served was as dry as a bone. The stuffing was pretty bad too. The buffet area itself was a mess. There was food etc. that had been spilled around the serving trays that should have been cleaned up and appeared to have been there for sometime. We never had any kind of service, we asked one of the servers how we get our drinks and she said your server will get them for you. Our server never showed up, when I went to get a drink myself I couldn't find any glasses and when I asked a server where I could find the glasses she said try looking in the cupboard over there below the pop machine. We never even received a bill from our nonexistent server and most of the food that we had taken from the buffet was still sitting on our plates when we left. We spoke to a couple of employees at the front to express our concerns and to pay for this horrible experience and they were very apologetic and despite our insistence that we wanted to pay they asked us not to pay and to give them another chance in the future. I am not sure that is going to happen, they did say that they had some kinks to work out but until I am totally convinced that they have taken steps to improve the quality of food and service I am afraid that myself and my companion won't be back.

Went last night to the new casino and the buffet dinner. While I was very impressed with the new casino, the buffet was terrible. It was unclean, the food was cold and the service was worse. Now I understand that this is just new and takes awhile to work out the kinks, as we were told. But you don't need to be a specialist to know that the surrounding areas should be spotless. The tongs had so much food on them, I didn't want to use them. Plus, while the price is very affordable, I would rather pay more and have a good buffet experience. Why is it that BC Ferries can in less space provide a buffet with numerous choices, scrupulously clean and an enjoyable experience. Will we give it another try? I am not sure.

If no 2 For 1 coupon Buffet, not worth to eat there for the Taco Buffet on Tuesday. Taco shells taste not fresh, not crunch as Taco Time. Meats dry. Soup not hot enough. Desert fine. But ..... .

Went to try the buffet they were promoting and wanted to see how much the casino has changed since the renovation. We went the Friday following the grand re-opening and the place was very busy overall. There was a very long line to get into the buffet but we decided to stick it out. What a huge disappointment. While the staff was very friendly and trying to be helpful, the buffet selection and quality was so underwhelming that I wouldn't recommend going there unless big changes are made. Hopefully the casino will take the public's feedback and step up their game.
