I went to play at a 1-1-2 game; was a bit nervous after being on sabbatical from poker for nearly 4 years, but after a while I got back into the groove although my chips were untidy. Played for about 2 hrs, won a small with AJo, then got a slew of bad cards, finally announced that this would be my last hand. Picked up AA (wow!). Everyone folded after the guy across from me dropped 25.00 and I was heads up. Flop hit with a K, figured he had Kx, but no KK. He dropped another 35, I called. My turn I dropped 40. His white chips shoved, he flipped with KA, and I beat him with AA. +92.00 !! As I was putting my chips together in a tray (2), the dealer to my left stole a 1 chip hiding it, be cautious here dealers are thieves and sneaky. Nice place to play...will return, will return, will return Cherokee nation will return...

I come for the Filipino breakfast and lunch, but sometimes make a bet while waiting for food. Like most California card room you play against another player (banker) aka da jong. Some dealer are nice and some like having a bad day no tips. I don't stay too long playing with $5-20 chips as you'll be in there the whole day. I do one shot win or loose I take off.

4 years Player in this casino, I got nothing less than empty pockets IF YOU FEEL THAT YOU ARE A LUCKY PERSON MAY BE THIS CASINO IS FOR YOU.. MY ADVICE ..DON’T BECAME REGULAR OF THIS CASINO....THAT IS BAD BAD.. I have not addition of gambling yet, and I don’t want to...but in this Casino it was a nightmare for me in 4 years...and I came one of the regulars for the worst, the regulars are part of their income of this casino, and for what I know, regulars don’t WIN the jackpot often, except for Asian regular player, they are much older players than me, I guess I need another 10year to win a jackpot...AWFULL..but true .. I never wanted to be one of the regular, but reality opened my eyes...so I stop going ...and for how long?? I don’t know...really I dont want to go again... If you go happy ... you better be prepare to go back home...angry and disappointed... You can lose 6 times in a row and even more..thats when frustration became angry... For those who play, black jack..have not idea...and player for Texan Holden table...not idea... I played Texan Holden against the house with a jackpot table...and threeCard pocker against the house with jackpot too.

I'm reporting this place. I played BJ and played the sidebet and won it and the dealer paid out less than what I was supposed to get. Then one dealer would pay me 3:2 for blackjack and another 6:5. How does this place stay in business? Did they think I'm too stupid to notice?! I'm filing a complaint that was bull.

Ok. Clearly, I’m in a love-hate relationship with this place. The dealers are all super nice people. Most of the players as well. But there’s a few things they need to work on. A big one being enforcing English only at tables, as well as “show one, show all”. The fact that people openly speak non English to each other, opens the doors for possible collusion. End of story. I think almost, you should make tables, if legal, thst are English/Tagalog. The food is really good, as well.

I am infuriated with the lack of professionalism here. 1. The English only at the tables isn’t inforced, there is constantly talking in other languages....about other players appearances, unrelated things and opens the door for the possibility of collusion of some kind. I’ve also heard the dealers talking in both Tagalog, and Mandarian to players during hands. This unacceptable. 2. They allow players to slow roll you to the point of you being paid out, only for them to show their hands. It’s very upsetting. I have been bullied, called fat, and had cards shoved in my face. But the slow rolling, and the dealers allowing it....has me infuriated and hurt. This is basically a social club, with legal gambling. 3. Dealers make mistakes consistently. I’ve seen dealers miss full houses, flushes, and straights, only for players to correct them. 4. It’s gross, old and run down. This wouldn’t matter if the game was good. 5. 1-1-2 is essentially a 2-4 game, kills are so often, that it’s somerimes like 8-16. This is fine but the max buy in is 200 dollars. It makes the game play very weird. 6. Dealers favor regulars. I’ve seen people reeking of weed, high as kite, and literally asleep at the table. 7. If you are a young woman, you will be both bullied, hit on, and picked on. Dealers don’t defend you, they don’t step in. This place has basically ruined poker for me. They need to make some serious changes if they want to attract younger crowds. (Which they should, young people in bay are have money, and this place should be targeting them)

I use to adore this place. I am a fairly new player but tonight I was straight up embarrassed by a dealer. I’m ashamed to say, I grabbed my chips and ran out. I’ve never felt so belittled or mistreated by a casino employee. I thought you wanted my money, I guess not. I will not be returning, I was becoming a regular too. I feel sick just thinking about the way this dealer treated me. Do not ignore the reviews that say this place is for regulars only, they are accurate.
