This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. When I first walked in the building the people in the front kept on talking even after I said I made a reservation. They kept me waiting for a while and then they took me the the back and there was so many tables open.. they had kept me waiting for nothing. They switched my waiter twice, the first one was really sweet and on top of his game.. the second one was horrible. His name was “ nay nay “. First our food was cold, second he never brought us our refills even after we asked TWICE. But he had no problem taking refills to the white couple next to me.. we clearly saw how he was treating them so nicely and my family and I so poorly. He not once came to our table( only when he brought our food). We had no napkins even after we asked for some. I had to go to another table and grab the napkins from there And the only way we got our check was because we were standing up and calling him over. HORRIBLE SERVICE.If I could give this 0 stars I would .. the restaurant itself was beautiful but “ nay nay “ made my experience horrible!

Wait time wasn't too bad, we were able to sit within roughly 45 minutes. Food quality was really good, and we enjoyed seeing the collection and memorabilia. Server was also very polite and prompt.

Was easy to make a reservation for a party of seven. We went for a walk along the walk of fame while we waited. It took around forty-five minutes when they called us to let us know our table was ready. The food was tasty and the portions are quite big. I recommend the Texas burger and some onion rings.

Great place to have drinks and a good food. That place is well maintained and also big enough to contain a lot of people. Right on the walk of fame strip. To park you'll have to get to the mall into the underground parking, no choice. I fund few interesting guitar there to.. enjoy your trip and relax

The place was pretty empty around 930pm. Took some time to seat our party of 13 even though there were plenty of tables open. Service got worst as the night went on. Food was good. Music Videos playing was inappropriate for the little ones. Not a great experience. Will not be coming visiting this again.

Typical hard rock fare, food was good. We ordered mild wings and they almost burned our mouths off and the staff assured us they are mild (I usually eat medium or hot) which we couldn't understand. The waiter fixed it and our food came 5 seconds later anyways. Service was bad though. Wasnt that busy, we got seated in a section where the server was on break. Like supper break. We finally had to ask after we waited and waited (restaurant was not very busy). We never got drink refills once, just kind of a lack lustre experience for a Hollywood location. Place is really cool though and bursting with energy. Summer limited time drinks were amazing. The service could have made a ho hum experience amazing.

Fun was great. My party got there before I did. I told them what to see for me. I knew I wouldn't be delayed much longer.When I got there and on the way to the bathroom the server told me he just has to put my order of fries in (he didn't want them to be cold). Thanks. Also easy to get there by Metro.

The best thing about Hard Rock Cafe is the ambience that you will not get when you go to other similar places. The service crew is courteous as well as dependable. As for the food, it's quite expensive but not that remarkable. I had the flatbread that I thought had too much cheese and way too less chicken. The burgers were quite good and big enough to fill your belly.
