I am a regular customer. but I got terrible experiences recently, esp. 06/28/2018/ I reported to the manager but he was very rude. After I got my order, I just got half of the regular portion for carry -out. $125 order not enough for one person. He said it was normal for carry-out.

The service was great and we loved our food! They didn’t have the wine we ordered, but their sommelier was very helpful in finding a great alternative. We are looking forward to returning soon!

The entire experience was fantastic. Every dish from the appetizer to the entree to the dessert was mouthwateringly delicious. The service by Bob, Kris and the wine sommelier was superb. There wasn’t a single element of the evening that I would want to change. This is a must go restaurant for an upscale experience when visiting Biloxi. I highly recommend.

My wife an I have eaten at BR Prime several times, and each time was a great experience. One of the top casino steakhouses on the MS Gulf Coast.

Great food, very consistent steaks and chicken. Highly recommended - Same caliber is Ruth’s Chris.. actually a bit above and beyond. Would give it 4.5 stars, but not five

Horrible...no other word to describe it.
VERY long story short...the special of the day was a bone in Delmonico. I order the steak medium, and we ordered 2 side dished to be shared by me and my husband. Our food was served and my steak was very over cooked. I showed our waitress and she agreed it was overcooked - she apologized and said she would get another one out. I sat for 20 minutes and watched my husband eat his dinner (he wanted to wait for me). When the second steak was brought out it was RAW..., not rare, the meat was purple and raw, and actually also full of sinew. Once again she apologized, I told her I was done, no need to try for a third attempt.
The manager came over and apologized, and told me that I wouldn't be charged for the steak..really? I didn't eat a single bite...why would you need to point out that I wouldn't be charged? I was however charged for the side dishes (that I didn't eat).
Our 'nice dinner' was ruined - we left (me hungry) ...but apparently that's OK, because I wasn't charged for the 2 steaks they were unable to cook, and I was unable to eat.
Save your money and eat at the Italian restaurant - our dinner the previous evening was awesome.
