Was here for a night. Great location to St Louis major attractions, and the room was pretty good too. No major complaints. One of the desk workers gave me a bit of attitude for no reason. "Can I help you?" Um yeah....I have luggage in my hands. I'm here to check in....? Most hotels have third staff primed for a friendly greeting. This individual, not so much. Otherwise the rest of the staff was nice.

The Lumière Casino is easily the nicest casino I've been to outside of Vegas. They have a huge floor full of tons of table games, including some that I don't often see, along with more slot machines than you can shake a big stick at. I've both won and lost in different trips to the casino but always had a fun time with friendly and personable table dealers and lots of action to see. There are also plenty of wonderful smelling restaurant options though I must say I've never stayed long enough to enjoy a meal at any of them. The Lumière is a great addition to St. Louis and we love stopping in during frequent visits to the city for Cardinals games.

My family and I wanted to have a nice evening out. We had always enjoyed the buffet in the past. This time was very disappointing to say the least. I had bragged to my cousin who was visiting how great the buffet was. There were 5 of us for dinner, we ended up waiting 45 minutes to be seated, then when we were seated they had us sit at a table meant for 4. The food was less than impressive and definitely not worth the $160 we had to pay for it. It was a $10-$15 per person buffet at best. A lot of employees just standing around when tables could have been cleared, or dishes picked up rather than stacked in piles. The spoons on the buffet were so hot that it was hard to hang onto them to while dishing up food. Unless there are major improvements we don't plan to come back.

Great place to go have a good time with your friends and close to other attractions if your in the area on vacation or visiting friends or family. Lumiere hotel and the four seasons is right next to the casino which makes it easy to stay within walking distance to the casino and very short drive to the attractions and with a price of $120 a night on weekdays is what you will spend or even more in that area or down town so break out your apps for cheaper rates. The security is very good and has a wholesome safe atmosphere.

The Restaurant is okay, but they have the same thing on the buffet almost every time we go. I like the Hotel rooms very nice, my Husband and I usually go for our Anniversary. Some time's we may eat at Ozzy's Bar and Grill, they have good Burgers and Chicken Wings. I haven't tried the Chinese Restaurant yet, but I Heard it was good too.

The lobby was beautiful and the room was clean and well kept. Some parts of the hotel looked run down and my key card kept getting demagnetized but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. As for the Casino it was a typical casino. Had a mix of young and old patrons. We were there to celebrate a bachelorette party and we had a good time.

Probably a 3 star facility but gave 4 stars due to the location and the ease of getting there. The parking is very easy as well. The casino is just okay by todays standards. There are 2 hotels, one that is very upscale and the other is an old embassy suites. I have only stayed in the older one but I do like the setup and the rooms are above average.

This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed two nights here. The rooms were spacious and clean. There was a cigarette odor in our non-smoking room but it seemed to dissipate when we turned the ac on. The bed was amazing. My only complaint is the staff. I have never received such poor customer service in all my life. There was no friendly greeting. No smiling faces. From check-in to the casino to the burger bar. I've never experienced such rudeness and unhelpfulness. There was one security guard at the casino that was polite and helpful. I really expected to have a better experience. I was starting to think that maybe people were just unfriendly in St. Louis. Apparently it was just here. We spent the next day at the Hollywood casino and it restored my faith in humanity. We won't be staying at Lumiere when we return in June. That bed though....

Our son and I ate at Ozzie's Burger Bar, amazing food! Onion rings are out of this world! It's not fast like Wendy's because this food is top notch! We couldn't gamble as my 35 year old son didn't have his ID on him! But that's cool rules are rules! The reason for only 4 stars is the order that greeted us as we came in...I'm hoping it was a one time deal as it was REALLY bad!

My husband and I played in the poker room last night for the 7pm tournament. We enjoyed seeing Daryll, Amy, Dean, and Brandi as they dealt the tournament. We then continued our play out at the Ultimate Texas Hold Em table where Michael took care of us. The overall experience was a good time for my husband's 32nd birthday!
