Bartolotta Ristorante Di Mare

I had high expectations and very few of them were met. I would caution anyone to consider their options before choosing this restautant. Although beautiful the food and service lacked severely.

Over priced food that actually doesn’t taste all that great. Apparently, flown from Italy. Not sure why tho cuz it’s not like Italian fish taste better! Lol. They should support local fishermen instead. Calamari costs about $45 and only comes with like 10 pieces. The fish in their so called pond” were starving- I felt compelled to give them some of my bread crumbs so they wouldn’t jump out of the water and eat me instead

The staff was amazing, they worked with me on the details of my proposal. The lobster was delicious, definitely worth it and the environment doesn't get any better with the amazing view.

Absolutely incredible food & service. Eduard was phenomenal, attentive, and flawlessly personable. Food wise, the scampi Vivi was not to be missed, and when they come around with the bread tray, don't hold back! Their ciabatta dipped in the small clam sauce was A+++. If you have food allergies, they're accommodating in the best possible ways. We'll be back, unquestionably.

What an amazing experience. MAURIZIO! You are outstanding, you’re company and the way you hold yourselves is more than accommodating. Being in the customer service industry, I have to commend such an incredible gentleman. Our food came out quickly, fresh, it was out of this world! The dessert for my guest was immaculate. We enjoyed the very beginning from walking to our table to leaving with our goodbyes.

Wow, what an experience! After an abysmal experience at one of their competitor’s restaurants at Palazzo, we went to Costa Di Mare based on a recommendation. We are so glad that we did! All of the food was superb. The staff was accommodating and helpful. The view is spectacular and if you’re lucky enough to be seated by the water, you’re in for a treat. Fresh fish was brought by your table for selection and the chef threw in some “complementary extras” that whetted our appetite for more. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great evening, Costa Di Mare!

Great restaurant, incredible service (other then our server who was not very interested in our table). Impressed with the pasta and risotto, appetizers and bread. Not impressed at all with the fish. We asked for a buttery fish and what came was far from being buttery. Dry and no taste to it. The high price tag for the fish is definitely not worth it.

The head chef was fired on short notice last week. The restaurant has not recovered. When I order a $150 fish I expect the experience to leave feeling flavor satisfied. The Bronzino was completely without flavor. The sauce was supposed to be a citrus oil, but had absolutely no citrus flavor. It was served with bland fingerling potatoes and undercooked flavorless zucchini slices. Forget the fish. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because we had the egg ravioli and it was absolutely divine. The most flavorful thing I've had in Vegas. Unfortunately it was a recipe from the head chef who was just fired. Don't expect to get out of this restaurant for less than $100-200 per person. The waiting staff was very attentive and knowledgable. On waiting alone they would be a 5 star restaurant.
