It has been over four weeks since then a still no response! Does Celebrity Cruise Line not value my opinion? Do they not value my business? Do they not value customer satisfaction? We did book a future cruise while on board but we are so discussed with their Customer No Service we will probably cancel and sail with another line in the future.
