I've stayed at many Hilton Hotels...and in general, they are decent. The staff here was very nice here, but it ends there. This hotel needs some help. A building can be old while still being updated and clean. The elevator was my first indication of an issue. It's gross. Seriously, spend some $$ and give your guests a clean, updated ride up to their floor. Then the room...shower head flops all around and we had to stand up against the wall to get under it. It wouldn't stay up. The sink area....well... the previous guest must have emptied his electric razor because the whiskers were all over the backsplash area. #gag. The small "refrigerator" froze our drinks overnight. They need new mattresses. Absolutely not up to Hilton STD there at all. Bathroom door sticks. The ironing board wobbled so much I nearly knocked the iron off of it 3 times. Sorry but if you want to be Hilton branded, u need to be up to the Hilton Std to get a positive review.
