So disappointed! We have a Ruth's Chris that we have went to in Bellevue, Washington and love it. So we were excited to go here...bad idea. We had an extremely unattentive waiter to start, no personality and honestly slightly rude. Zero communication on food, ordered a steak and we weren't even asked about adding a side to it (don't most people like more than a steak on their plate?) the steak was even over cooked, but by the time the waiter (who even had an assistant) made it back to the table to check it was cold. At that point he made it clear he had no concern of taking care of us, so we asked for our bill, paid and left. This place could really use some pointers from the one in Bellevue. We didn't expect for our tab to be picked up, but shouldn't your waiter know when your not wanting to touch your food that something is wrong with it?? I believe we were over charged for a couple of the things we ordered but at that point we just wanted to get on with our night. I didn't plan on writing a comment but out of curiosity I read some of the other reviews and thought it seemed appropriate to agree that this is nothing special. Sad story, they have the potential of having a very nice place to eat. Disappointed.
