You think playing here is bad, try working here. I can't speak for the entire casino but the Security Department is ridiculous. This Casino can't even open the doors without the security staff being there and they pay them nothing for the job they do. Anything that goes on in this casino pretty much involves the Security staff having to provide some type of service in order for others to do there job. The Security managers minus a few are spineless snakes only caring about there position titles and advancement opportunity. There's no job security what so ever. Every time you walk threw the door your mind is stuck on if you will have a job the next day which stresses you out and causes you to make errors. If you have an opinion about anything this is definitely not the job for you. I worked for this company for 2 years, was one of the best officers they had ever seen but because I was too opinionated and unwilling to back down I was fired due to fabricated circumstances. Directors Favorite Saying = Be part of the solution, Not the problem and I'll make sure your much happier around here. NOW JUST THINK ABOUT THAT FOR A MINUTE.
