apparently this casino does not want my repeat business. while visiting casino floor tried slots after sticking three bills in machine only two registered upon finding a slot manager to find problem, I watched scan and told only two bills entered slot. I asked if they would open door to check if bill jammed in box. they laughed at me and walked away, not happy. Was given coupons for hotel , told no room available this went on for several months. what good are coupons if you can't use them. Was given comp. money to play, told can not use in selected machines, why ? When I was using in their roulette machine they made that machine not usable for comp dollars. when I asked why they told me I was cheating them. After their new card program all comps drooped significantly. New slogan should be WHO WANTS LESS..
