We come here often it's been a while since I stayed over night.All I have to say is go to Vegas and you'll understand the standards that Sandia has set. The cassino is super clean, the bathroom are clean I'm not afraid to use them. I have no worries of bed bugs. The resort staff is amazingly friendly and accommodating. The rooms smell wonderful, you can't tell a smoking room is just that. You can tell the room are cleaned with pride and with great detail. Food good, the buffet is a hit and miss. How ever the only complaint I have is the barista in the morning must hate her job! I wake up to get coffee i would like a smile.The player club, always has a smile (I can say that with experience, I lose my card.... ALOT!) I have come to concerts, they are well organized, and plan to go to attended many more. I have experienced this casino from the high rollers card to the gold card and have not noticed a difference in how I'm treated, expect for the private bar. I have gone to apx 70% of the casino in N.M and Sandia if the only one I have returned to.
