This is next-level brunch. Crossroads is serious about breakfast food. The details are what sets this apart from your ordinary diner. The eggs in the benedict/florentine are perfect. The waffles are actually waffles (not pancakes molded in a waffle press). You can just taste the balance in the food. Brunch is something that can be slapped together really quick, but Crossroads adds a level of craft to brunch that I just haven't had in Dallas. It's always packed, but the brunchy vibe is great. It just feels good to hang out with friends here.
If you're a brunch connoisseur, you owe it to yourself to grab some friends, wait in line and eat some brunch made by people who care about food.
