Being from southern California I know a thing or two about Mexican cuisine. Now Moes tries hard but is not there yet. First Carne asada has to be in marinades for a while try lime . Second queso is cheese not cheese sauce. The burritos were large and compatible in size to Los Angeles.....work on sabor, flavor. The carne asada was soup meat. Yes your in a market that knows no better and if you had the idea of Chipotle your a good copy , now achieve Flavor and you have something.
