I find myself at Bistro Napa at least once a month. I have never had the same dish twice but not because the food isn't excellent, it's because their menu is so amazing that I want to try it all. Last night I enjoyed the wood fired portabella mushroom with polenta and it did not disappoint! Their seafood is always fresh and above all their drinks are fantastic! There is one (forgive me for forgetting the name) made with cane sugar rum and jalapenos. Exquisite! Even if you don't save room for dessert they will bring you a dish of freshly spun bright pink cotton candy. It's like air-there's is always room for a bite or two. The service is exactly what you would expect from a fine dining establishment.
