When we arrived, it was clear the room was not clean - hair in the tub and on the toilet room floor, large area of crumbs next to the bed. Sheets didn't smell fresh and there was a hair. There were other things on the carpet to indicate it had not been vacuumed, including a used tissue. They were very responsive is sending someone to vacuum the crumbs, but that was all. They assured me the room would be thoroughly cleaned and sheets changed the next day. We were too tired to argue. The sheets were changed the next day as they smelled fresh and clean. None of the hair, tissue, etc. ever went away the entire week. Just don't go barefoot. The lockset was nearly impossible to open - they responded immediately and changed it out. Wii-Fi was difficult - had to call each day to get in. The pool was salty and didn't appear to be monitored for cleanliness - guessing the same for the hot tub-definitely shower afterward. On the up side, the staff is extremely friendly and polite, eager to help, just couldn't be nicer. Rooms are large and bathrooms are large with great functionality-separate sinks, separate toilet room. It's a shame the housekeeping is so horrific. Otherwise a nice place.
