This casino does not respect their obligations to consumers, No star if I could. They mislead with their advertising etc, so forth, I reached out several times including to escalated customer support from Katie to no avail, and I'm a legitimate businessman, your best bet is to stay away from this casino and rather go to some major casinos elsewhere such as , Foxwoods, or Mohegan sun in CT or perhaps even Twin rivers casino in Rhode Island. Or better yet to real Las Vegas or elsewhere.Forget about this casinos phony promo of money match or back "if" you get it it'll be with much frustrations and in increments over several trips just see for yourself and compare reviews from the others and other casinos. I only lost here about $200 and am given/bought mind you for over 7$ a stale sandwich. I have lost heavy thousands at the other mentioned casinos, but at least the other above mentioned are honest in my opinion, and stand behind their word/dealings but this one certainly is/does not .
