One of the best on The Strip. Exceptional lobby, restaurants and shopping without having to leave the building. Service was not great. Paid big bucks for a suite with a bar. No way to make coffee. Refused to supply a coffee maker. Was told could order from room service at $11 plus 18% service fee plus tax. PLUS takes 45 minutes to arrive! I thought a high end hotel in Vegas would never say no to a guest? Not like I was asking for hookers and blow. Plus asked for help to get my Apple TV on the wifi. Told a tech was coming to the room to do it for me. Never showed up.
