The junior suite with king bed was superb, beautifully presented and well maintained. Our fridge was hot when we came in and after a call 5 minutes later maintenance came to fix the thermostat. As well as staff to give cold milk. We were very pleased with the prompt response. The pool area was lovely, after 5 failed attempts to get onto anyone via phone for pool side service we got into the front desk and they were extremely apologetic and food came quickly with lovely service. At the same time we let them know about the pool door handle being broken which was affecting other patrons entry into the pool - maintenance staff were sent immediately. We loved the small touches, such as the complementary water and chocolates at turn down. Overall what we would expect from 5* service.
