I wish I could give this casino a ZERO rating. It took almost 25 minutes to get a rewards card. I was given misinformation from 2 separate pit bosses before I received one. Then after losing $100+ on their tight slots (never got ahead playing $.25), I found out that I would have to get 1000 points to get free parking. I only had 300 points from my $100 loss so you can do the math. I was told that I would have to pay for parking and there was nothing that could be done. I immediately broke my card in half and complained online about my experience. The basic response was so what, If you were a C or K member you would get free parking. I will definitely spend my money elsewhere. Just looking at these pitiful responses to customer complaints does not reflect well on this casino.
