A 4 Star Hotel it is not. First not advised of Resort fees prior to booking, King Bedroom. At check in rude clerk advised me, I was getting queen bed instead of what I reserved, and gave wrong directions to room, spent 45 minutes trying to find room 120, no such animal at the GN. Entered the mildewy smelling room, when bathroom fan turned on it started clicking, exhaust cover hanging (probably from all the dust on it, and I have photos). Requested to speak to Manager 4 times, twice via email, 16 hours after 1st request and after I had checked out, managers helper called. Later I was Informed my complaint was not important enough to escalate to Managers attention(have email). I Worked 25+ years in Travel industry, I know a 4 Star hotel when I see one, gave one stars, because Zero stars was not an option.
