When your hard earned money is taken somewhere to have a good night and it is a terrible experience! Front desk lady was rude and treated us as if we were an inconvenience. The bar staff managed to humiliate my family and I. Worse of all I emailed them two days later and over a week has went by and no contact or reply. Sad that such a large customer service industry has such little respect to make my opinions of them a little more enlightening! Makes me sad to think that they are two big to care about a couple who just wanted someone to acknowledge my frustrations and concerns. ??
