Fraser Downs Racetrack and Casino

I hope whoever was in charge of the reno got fired. Terrible layout; a fun social area like they created at the competition would have been simple and obvious additions. Destroyed the poker room and drove away all regular players by shrinking room to 5 tables and cancelling the strongest tournament schedule in the province. On top of all this with the exceprion of a few great staff members be prepared for some of the worst service you have ever received. If you question anything or have a complaint about customer service be prepared to be surrounded and intimidated by incompetent power hungry security guards! Save your time and money and dont support this terrible company!
