Yeah 20 minutes later they finally pick up their phone, wow. This has happened every time I've called and I've seen it first hand at the clinic as well. The receptionists see and hear the phone ringing, they're just sitting there and don't answer it until a while later, like what is that? I've never experienced nor witnessed this at any other sexual health clinic before. I feel for the callers trying to get through, I really do. Expect a 10-30 minute wait on the phone. Please improve this Planned Parenthood, seriously. Besides the wait times on calls and disregard of the receptionists, everything else is pretty good. Hours, services, location and the health team are all top notch.
