Cons: Hotel is very dated for price. Rooms are extremely over priced as are the restaurants. Service at restaurants was slow and customer service bad. Lighting in rooms is awful. Tv has very few channels. We were here for a convention and don't gamble. Place is in the middle of no where and nothing to do near event during down time other than a town that use to be a tourist hotspot for theme and water parks that are now run down. Laundry area supply machines are out of order. Most employees were rude and ignore customers. Buffet area is outdated and mediocre. Front atrium water feature is pretty, but needs cleaned and is so loud you can't hear front desk staff. Smoke from casino spilled over to smoke free hotel so why bother with smoke free labels. I had issues breathing (asthma)just walking by. No quick snack area and gift shop listed on website is permanently closed. I was instructed to walk to the gas station next door which is awful as well. The balcony to our room would have been nice except it was covered in bird crap and not healthy to use. Beds didn't even have comforters on them. Sheet, thin blanket, another sheet on top. Banquet food was tasteless. Pros:I really wish I had more positive to say. AC worked well and showers had good pressure. A few employees were friendly. And the hotel keeps getting better. Husbands phone and wallet were stolen. Employee is a suspect. No apology or concern from hotel. No offer of help or compensation. My bill for the stay is $600 plus a $650 phone, credit cards, cash, license, and hassle. Welcome to wisconsin. NOT
